Looking at the review, the owner called and yelled and screamed for my review. I just want to elaborate on why, I gave a poor rating..
**The last thing I want is to affect the business but to provide feedback to improve sales.**
As a loyal customer who genuinely wants to see your business thrive, I feel compelled to share my recent sales experience. While I value the efforts to close the deal, some critical areas need immediate attention to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Firstly, I must address the issue of **value for money**. Unfortunately, the product purchased did not meet the expectations set during the sales process. The price point suggested a premium experience, yet the actual product seemed to fall short of delivering the promised quality. In just six months, the value of my purchase depreciated by a staggering 30%, which is deeply concerning and does not reflect well on the investment.
Moreover, **after-sales support** was another area where my experience was less than satisfactory. Post-purchase, I encountered issues that required assistance, but the support provided was either minimal or non-existent. This lack of follow-up and customer care left me feeling undervalued as a customer, which could easily deter future purchases.
In summary, while the initial sales experience may have been smooth, long-term satisfaction is lacking. Addressing these concerns, particularly ensuring that products offer better value for money and that after-sales support is robust and responsive, could make a significant difference in customer retention and business reputation.

The best dealership I have ever interacted with. They were fair, honest, and transparent from the get go EVEN if it benefited me more than themselves. That’s a rare find people. 10/10 recommend this place, especially Pablo, if you want a trustworthy car sales entity to work with. (They disclosed a problem with a car so I didn’t buy it and idk about yall but usually car people do anything and everything to pressure you, there was NO pressure here and they stayed true to their word.)

Let me just say this, Juan was fantastic. Absolutely UnDescribable. My words are not enough to say how wonderful this guy is. I’ve been searching for a car due to collision my daughter and I suffer. My car was total and trying to find something was stressful until I came across these guys. God put in the company I needed to be in. I don’t even live in Florida I live in South Carolina. And I was nervous at first never did business out side of the state but man Juan made it easy and simple we had a bumpy road at first but he still chatting with me as family and make sure I was okay. Please please anybody who wants a car trust these people… they are honest and legit… I waited a few and no issue no nothing with my truck I love my truck and was delivered on time. Thanks Juan and the business.

I worked with Juan who is absolutely stellar. The “used car salesman” stereotype does not apply here. Juan is upfront and explanatory about every aspect of the process. I had a good 45 minutes (and longer if I had wanted) to inspect the car to be sure I saw what I needed to. And when it came time for the paperwork, he leaves nothing to confusion, detailing what this and that means in the price list and fine print. I never felt even a bit anxious, I knew I was being treated with professionalism and respect. The price was great and the car looks and functions near flawlessly for being 6 years old. They do their research before they buy a car to resell. All in all, A+ buying experience, glad I chose AutoTrust USA!

For the past few weeks I have been a proud owner of a 2020 Chevy Bolt that I purchased from Auto Trust. The price was very fair and was extremely surprised I did not have to haggle for the price or fight to remove any unnecessary protection plans/warranties. I really appreciated their transparency on the vehicle.
I wish more dealerships would follow their model.

Was told a recall on a 2020 bolt had put a new battery in the vehicle in 2023. The battery would only charge to 80, so I looked into it. Turns out the battery wasn't replaced, but diagnostic software installed instead a couple months before I bought the car. This wouldn't be an issue if that software didn't limit the range to 80% for the first 6000 miles. That's kind of a big deal in a region with very few available chargers. The experience was otherwise easy and straightforward, but I have a hard time believing the dealership didn't realize the vehicle couldn't be set to charge to 100.

People are horrible. Told me on the phone they could do a deal. I sent the the vin a pictures before going. Drove 4hrs when arrive they told me they couldn’t do it no more
