They have a wide assortment of clunkers for you to choose from. If you bring up the cars obvious issues, they will ask you to pay more. According to a cousin, a rep asked him to oversell us the car so he could make a commission. UNETHICAL!
Aside from the cars, the main problem is the way they handle customers. It took these people a week to get us a tag. They charge $450 where the tag company they use charges $328. So the difference is their fee to get it to you in 1-2 days so you can pick it up from the dealership.
Except… they don’t. I spent 3 days calling and every time Rayan and Mr. Williams the “finance manager” sounded like they forgot they had to get my tag. They stopped answering me after 5 days without ever getting the tag (they promised next day service) and then when I finally got an answer I had to go pick it up at the tag agency myself. So you pay about $130 for terrible service, to be ghosted, and to get the item yourself. Yay.
I highly discourage anyone from shopping here. There are too many options in Miami to put yourself through this kind of mistreatment.

Went to check out a car I saw online. The guy they have maintaining the cars here refused to let me test drive it, which is an immediate red flag. The salesman upsells the car by $1000 over what the online listing was. Red flag #2. Then I ask the guy maintaining the cars to at least start it, so I know everything's in order. The engine won't start. This is a car with only 60k miles, by the way.
Don't bother with these people.

These people are scammers. My son-in-law bought a car 3 days ago and he already left it lying around. The steering wheel of the car jammed and he almost had an accident. Scammers don't want to return the money. They sell mangoes for lemons.

I went to see a Lexus that coincidentally sold in the 30 minutes it took to arrive. It's a scammer and I don't know what's in it by tricking people into going there for nothing.

Theres a cuban guy there he was very rude to me, I went there twice didnt let me test drive a car I wanted to buy , he treated me like some illegal, like I didnt have any money at all to buy a car, he straight up told me to leave the premises!!!!! This guy is very disrespectful!! Very poor customer service skills!!Este senor es muy grosero y maleducado, no sabe tratar a la gente!!!

Daniel Peña signed a paper stating my brother would get refunded for items that were added to his payments without his knowledge. He was told by sales person it would be free!!! He has never received credit almost $3500. They are liars and will do anything for a sale Even take advantage of old people. They don't return calls or emails. Terrible dealership They screws him on payments and won't give him money due to him.

I’ve driven the car I bought maybe a cumulative one and a half months of the 5 months I’ve owned it. The car is a total problem, nothing has worked, everything under the hood was old, cracked, etc. they told me the put a new battery in the car, but they put a scooter/economy battery in an SUV. Sure, the car had good mileage for the year it is, but now I know why… you can’t drive it because it’s issue after issue.The folks are nice but the cars are not worth the headache… unless you’re a mechanic or take one with you that can thoroughly inspect the car before you make the purchase - don’t do it.I was unfortunately not prepared and screwed myself over

DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they’re thieves. They post cars for sale when they don’t really have them. Even if you call before going (to make sure they still have the car) once you arrive the owner lies to your face saying the car was sold (how is that even possible), then he tries to sell whatever junk they have
