Was supposed to get a car but instead got given a Honda CRV out for the day, which was in perfect working condition, which was great. Alvaro was kind enough to give it out to me until the next morning. Will definitely come back here for rental next time Im in Miami.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. They do not charge you extra fees. Very cheap rental price. I recommend them for when they come to Miami ?.

I put a deposit of $100.00 for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit, $100 was supposed to be returned to me. After speaking with Alberto at Auto Rental 504 about not receiving my deposit, he said I should have gotten the deposit back. He also said he would look into it and will call me back. He never returned my $100 deposit or called me back. He now doesn’t answer my calls.
