For me this was one of the most important purchase. due to affect that my daughter is nonmobile. It was very important for me to purchase a vehicle that’s going to last for a good while. I was very nervous and yes, it took me long time, but Brian made me feel very comfortable. He had answered all my questions he was patient, I was not an easy client. I know that , ? but he was so willing to help me and to keep me in the loop and making sure that I get the best purchase that I was comfortable with . Finally, after a month of going back-and-forth, I found our forever car. Brian had walked me through the whole process and I’m so grateful for him. Thank you motion ability you guys are changed my life. I finally have the freedom to go with my daughter to places and enjoy life.

Just finished up with the In Motion team and had a great experience. I dealt predominantly with Edwin and he was very understanding with my situation. Apparently my SUV had a rare sensor problem and Edwin was very reasonable when it came to pricing and trying to figure out the solution. Many individuals in this population are usually on disability and have a fixed income so it was a great relief when Edwin was fair in the estimate and pricing. I will continue to go to the In Motion team for all of my needs and will continue to make referrals as well.

Bryan and the team were extremely helpful and did a perfect job both on the installation and removal of my left hand manual control for my BMW. They showed flexibility to help and had answers to all my questions. Service is top notch. I greatly recommend. Tks again guys

I recently got my car back from In Motion Mobility! They installed pedal extensions, and what an amazing experience I had! I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing staff. Bryan, Karla, and Jaime were so helpful. Very professional, friendly, and well-spoken. Especially Bryan, who has always updated me throughout the installation and made sure I was satisfied. No stress and no hassle. The process was as smooth as it could be. Everything was quick and super easy. They definitely met my expectations. Thank you so much, In Motion Mobility. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs special modifications to their vehicles.

Unfortunately this type of service is VERY rare to find, and is the reason why I choose to travel from New Hampshire to Florida to be a customer of IMM. What an amazing experience! You won’t find another place like this one. The best prices, the van itself was beautiful, the friendliest most professional front desk ( thank you Karla for everything ) and they make the process very smooth. I found them on google Monday and Tuesday @9am I was picking up my rental. We needed an accessible car to give my cousin who was in town from Boston, the Miami experience she deserves. We went to the lowes at south beach, to Versailles for breakfast, to la Calle ocho, ball and chain, and we were able to drop her off at the airport. None of this would’ve been possible without in motion mobility! Every time she’s in town, we know who to come to. I wasn’t able to upload the video of us surprising her but her beautiful smile says it all. Thanks again in motion mobility

HUGE s/o to InMotion Mobility (IMM), who specialize in customizing wheelchair accessible vehicles so those with disabilities, like me, can drive. This has been a long-time dream of mine, and Edwin and his team made it possible!There is no other company I would personally recommend and put my life and trust in than IMM. Edwin and the team go above and beyond in caring for their client's needs and safety -- they will never cut corners! Not to mention, they are THE BEST in what they do in this high niche industry, and are always innovating and challenging the status quo. The team works hard everyday as every car is highly specialized and customized to everyone's individual healthcare and comfortability needs -- so if you're currently waiting for you car, I promise they are working on your car! Outside looking in, it seems like the wait is forever, but after spending time with the team I learned that there is a lot of physical manpower, mental and intellectual energy that goes on behind the scenes.At IMM, you also receive the highest level of customer service! You are met with lots of smiling faces from their staff members and their clients are treated like family. No question is a "stupid question" so feel free to ask all the preguntas (before, during, and after receiving your car - they are happy to assist)! They have the experience, knowledge, and resources to help.The Nespresso machine in the lobby is also always a very nice perk when visiting in-person, LOL.So after all the blood, sweat, and, tears, I can finally say my life-long goal of driving my own wheelchair accessible vehicle has been achieved! Thank you, IMM! My whole life has been changed for the better! This new level of independence is still so very surreal to me, and I will not be taking all your hard work for granted. 10/10 would recommend.
