I needed a hose for a CPAP machine. When I called, the gentleman that I spoke to sounded like he just got out of bed. I had to answer questions several times and he still sounded confused. He said that all his stock was in trucks and not available (?) No help at all.

Martha may have saved a marriage. My wife forgot her hose to her CPAP in Atlanta and we were leaving for a seven day cruise out of Miami. I spoke to Martha (Saturday morning) when we landed at the airport. 20 minutes later I was with Martha picking up the hose. This allowed my wife to sleep soundly and not snore. This allowed me to sleep also. Without this tube, our cruise would have been miserable. Thank you!!!

So I get a price for a bipap machine, I researched it to make sure it's a good quality unit which is what people do when your about to purchase a $980.00 machine, I call back to find out if it's a new machine or a refurbished one, you would think you can get a simple reply right, but no the person Martha Reyes who I dealt with apparently has a problem with me asking a simple question, because I can't get a response, I try calling her she responds with the can I call you back text, so I ask the question on a reply text and she still doesn't answer, and doesn't call back, so I call the company that referred them and they gave me another company to go to... Thanks for nothing that kind of customer service really sucks...

Traveling with a CPAP can be tricky especially if you forget one little part like a connector from the mask to the hose which is what happened to my husband. We thought our cruise would be short on restful sleep, but luckily I found Austin Medical Supply online and spoke with Manny who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get what we needed. Manny, with over 30 years of experience, wowed me with his knowledge. He figured out what would work best for my husband, had the mask available, and he arranged delivery to our hotel within an hour. What horrible service. I was yelled at an hung up on and then the woman refused to answer when I called back. This is when I'm trying to spend thousands of dollars with the company. Definitely go with another company and not this one.
