Rude staff.
On guy in particular- Armenian guy - should go back to being a used car salesman. So rude. Would NEVER buy anything from AP Miami. NEVER.

My story with AP is unique with ups and downs, but after waiting many moons i finally got my Royal Oak. I want to thank Kelly, for being extremely patient with me! I really mean that..she’s had to hear me multiple times take out my frustration.. I appreciate her for accepting my craziness. Kelly is very easy to deal with and she’s very confident and honest. When she called me her first words were i didn’t forget about you, put a smile on my face. :) Patience! And be genuine ! Thx Kelly

Suggestion: Go to Bal Harbour, have a wonderful lunch in any of the restaurants there; they are all good. (Not excellent)
After lunch, you're going to be happy and in the mood for shopping; go for a nice watch and visit the Audemars Piguet boutique; and you'll experience how it feels to be ignored!!
We all know, high end watches are scarce to say the least. But the way these guys look at you when you enter the place is just incredible! They pretend to be all busy and takes a while to be helped , and don't even dare to ask a question because they'll let you know by now you should know there are no watches to sell. And of course you know it ! it's just the attitude. Market will eventually change my friends it is already happening to Ferrari isn't it?

My wife and I had a pleasure and a great consumer service visiting AP boutique at Bal Harbour Shops. We understand that it’s very unique watches and their are in high demand, but sales team at AP bal Harbour so professional and polite, showed us great models that we want to get for me and my wife and explained us all about than, offer offered us coffee and water and get our orders recorded. Arman and Monica was wonderful so is the rest of the crew! What a great place and experience.

My family and I visited the Bal Harbour AP store. From start to finish, we had a terrible experience. Firstly, no one greeted us when we walked through the door. The salesman was extremely disrespectful to my father. There was absolutely NO customer service. The arrogance he portrayed hopefully does not represent the AP brand.
I hope this gentlemen either changes his attitude or is replaced immediately.

Best experience I have ever had in a boutique. From our first visit browsing, to eventually making a purchase. Lino was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Showed their collection and eventually we found what we were looking for. Lino made us feel like family and made our experience the best we have ever had in a store.

I stoped by 5 months ago, looking for my first AP, and the service that Mr. Halobyan offered me was outstanding. He really took his time to explain me all the details and history of the timepieces. He is really polite and nice man, and I felt really welcomed. I fell in love with the brand. Thank you again for your service Arman Hakobyan! You are a great asset for the boutique.

I wanted to follow up on my previous message regarding the very bad experience I had at the Miami AP boutique. Currently, we are visiting the beautiful city of Dubai, and we stopped by the AP boutique in the Dubai Mall. I want to tell you that my experience here was exceptional, which is what I expected but did not receive in Miami. Your boutiques and their staff should consistently represent the excellence of your brand.
A gentleman named George was an amazing representative of your brand. As someone who manages over 300 employees, I understand firsthand the importance of brand culture. I hope to one day purchase my first AP watch and become a loyal member of the AP family, as I am with many other luxury brands.

If i could leave 0 stars... I would. The puffy sales guy.. i don't even remember his name but seems like he was kind of manager.. He is not very nice... JUDGEMENTAL... THE GUY WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING.... THEY GUY WHO THINKS HE IS SMARTER THEN YOU... O WELL.. AFTER THE VISIT AT AP... FK IT..SOMETIMES U BUY BCAUSE THE SALES GUYS ARE SUPER NICE.. SOMETIMES YOU DON'T EVEN WANNA GO BACK DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THE PRODUCT...IF THE SALES GUY IS A JACK ...
