Valeria was the nicest manager I ever had the pleasure to meet. I came to fox a couple of issues and she was able to help me with every single thing plus improve my performance with my device and clarifying important questions about my account. Could not have had a better experience, and she was super funny on top of it! Seriously we had gone to another store and had a blah experience in terms of service and Valeria,her team and store really made our experience a delight.Keep up the brilliant work!!

What an amazing experience. Valeria was so sweet and knowledgeable. She helped guide me to make the best decision for my daughters upgrade. Jonathan was also very attentive and even opened the door for my daughter and I as we were leaving. Wow!!! Recommend 1000%.

jaisel helped me out with my new Apple Watch and I’m now leaving the store with a brand new Apple Watch, I don’t regret it best option ever. The work crew is super nice and friendly made my friend and I feel comfortable. So happy 10/10

Valeria was super knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything to us and answered every single question we had. This store is lucky to have an employee like her. She did everything with a smile and seemed delighted to help the entire 2 hours we were there. We will be back just for her!!

Jaisel was a great employee. I lost my phone and I thought I couldn’t recover my information but she made everything possible to fulfill my needs. She helped me out the best she could, explain everything super well. Offered me great promotions ,will definitely come by again. CLEAN STORE & offered me water . Love it

Jaisel was SOOOOO helpful. She was kind enough to reserve my IPhone in Purple, Finally made it into the store where the upgrade went flawlessly. Got my iCloud backup done, before getting the the upgrade done, she made sure the IOS versions were the same before the upgrade which made the process so much easier!

Jaisel was a life saver. She oriented me in a way no one did before. I switched companies and while saving money gained new and upgraded services I didn’t even realized existed. I bundled and saved thanks to her orientation. Very happy

It’s all about the sale for them!! No integrity or regard for customer loyalty. If I could give no stars, I would!! The young lady who sold me an iPhone 14 didn’t even bother to give me a receipt for my transaction, let alone my purchase. I was not informed that the trade-in would need to be processed before the promo rate would be applied to my account. My bill went up by $95, upgrading one phone (other than the upgrade, no additional lines). Services which I did not request were added to my account. Further, she did not explain the conditions for a return. I’ve spent over 10 hours trying to return the device, after canceling my account, despite being within the 14 days return policy. I was not informed that the device needed to be returned before the account was closed. If you do visit this store, be sure to get a receipt and ask many questions about your transaction.
