I've been looking to buy a nice bracelet and pendent for my chain. I didn't want to go to just anyone but I was recommended to west Miami jewelry. I was impressed by their advertisement so I stopped in. Wow. What a great place. Beautiful pieces. Great customer service. Definitely a go to if you need nice jewelry. Jose and his team are the best.

I will whole heartedly recommend West Miami to anyone and everyone looking for jewelry. I had followed them on IG for a bit and decided to get my boys ID bracelets & the rest has been history. Anna, Melissa & Jose are nothing short of amazing & make you feel like you are part of the family. They are very honest and if they don't have something you want particularly they will look for it & if it's not something they specialize in they'll direct you where to go. We have bought jewelry and repaired jewelry we have not bought from them and it's all of the upmost quality. Don't waste time and go see them cause you won't regret it. They definitely have customers for life in us.

Followed them for a while on IG. Went a couple of weeks ago with my husband to buy me a Hamsa pendant. Gold with diamonds! Absolutely gorgeous. I had a pic of one I had seen on IG but that one had been sold. The owner matched the price and even got it adjusted to fit my Cuban link chain within an hour since we live almost an hour away in Broward! Love love love this place and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back for more soon! Thanks again! Explains why you run such a successful business.
