La verdad muy decepcionada!!!! Les doy una estrella porque no me permite google poner 0 star. Por muchos, pero muchos años he comprado y arreglado mis prendas con usted, y siempre he tenido desde atención hasta producto excelentes, para ser bien honesta es la primera vez que visito esta tienda 137 sw coral way, pensando que todo iba a ser igual de bien como siempre, pues la tienda no es de nadie más que del señor Ariel; Pues aunque se cambie de localidad sigue siendo su prestigious imagen. Tube muy mala experiencia con una prenda q la mande achicar, quedaba algo grande y fue la que me gustó. La prenda se rompió en 3 pedazos !! Jamás pero jamás eso me había ocurrido, las empleadas no tienen la capacidad para enfrentar ninguna situación, no dan la respuesta que un cliente con toda su derecho necesita escuchar, cuando voy a recoger la prenda que por mal trabajo se rompió en (3) pedazos la prenda me la van a devolver escachada!! De verdad eso sucedió en su tienda ?? No lo puedo creer, muy mala aptitud tienen sus empleadas de esa localidad. La prenda no la recogí y nunca pero nunca mas regreso a ese lugar. De verdad es muy difícil para un cliente que siempre ha estado con ustedes por mucho tiempo llevar una decepción de esa manera.

Number one scammers when It comes to loans. At that point didnt care because my gold was worth more then what they gained. and I'm sure they thought they was gonna keep it. Never ever pawn your gold it better to Barrow from a trusted fund. Misrepresenting and braking all laws with their expensive gold. Chicago flea market in the westside got it for half the price then what they asking for.
