I normally don’t post reviews, but I need to express my experience at the Apple Store at the Falls. I went into the store to exchange my Apple Watch. It was Evaluated and I received $145 trade in credit. After choosing my new watch and band the new representative notice, it now had a damage in the back of the watch. They denied $145 credit that was issued. I believe my watch was damage when the store representative Put pressure on the back of my watch to remove the watch band. I walked into the store, with a good working watched and walked out with damage watched. I’m sure this damage was caused during that removal of the band. Beware this store they will damage your items and then not admit to it. They have the worst service.. stay away!!!

I bought two cables for charging and one was damaged and the other does not charge and they did not want to change it, theft is obvious, it is not worth buying accessories

I took my phone to change the screen because it became cloudy and the toush did not work and the next day they told me that it was beyond repair and they gave me the cell phone with the broken screen and then they wanted to sell me another cell phone and I took my phone to another place and they repaired it my cell phone and for me that store is useless because I won't come back again?

This review is for Zach, who is one of the technicians at the Apple Store at The Falls. He has a brain and knows how to use it. He fixed my iPad in five minutes, after I had come to the store several times for the issue. The other technicians suggested that I send my iPad out to be repaired somewhere…. If you have a problem with an Apple product request to be seen by Zach! The rest of the store gets 3 stars!

Waited for over 3 hours to get service and me and my father were sat down 5 different times and waited for many hours here and if their was a 0 star option I would chose it.

Mauricio provided great customer service. He explained everything throughly, was friendly, and knowledgeable. I always come back to this Apple Store because it’s not packed to the brim like Dadeland. Great staff overall and very helpful.

In that Apple Store there is a Zion worker who is believed to be the owner of the Apple, just because he is the manager who treats people very badly and is a lack of respect I don't know why he is still working thereI had a very bad experience because I had to send my mom to a 70-year-old lady and I was working to buy a phone and make a trade he gave a gif card thing I didn't have to give him because no one asked him, as he had problems with the payment I had to go help my mom, and I told her that please I don't want the gif card, I just wanted to buy and do the afternoon at the moment so Apple gives you a little more. That Mr. Zion didn't even let me explain to me, he started talking to me in a bad way and treating me badly in front of everyone and gave me that he wasn't going to do the trade, because he didn't feel like it since he is the manager, now I ask how Apple can hire this type of people who treat badly and do not give the customer service they should give.It is disrespectful and more in front of everyone believing that because being the manager of the store you have to treat people badly.
