My dog went in very ill. After multiple test Dr. Murray advised that she needed a large surgical procedure. Without hesitation I gave her the green light since I knew Cali was is great hands. Thankfully everything went as she stated and my big girl is back home, recovering , and almost back to herself. Thank you Dr. Murray for your professionalism and care for our Cali

Wonderful staff and environment. My cat had an ear hematoma and she received wonderful care from the very attentive doctor. Reasonable pricing and very insightful when it came to the approach of my pet’s treatment. ❤️

Canela has great things to say about Animal General Hospital right meeoowww. She (little cat) broke two toes on her left paw 4 weeks ago playing with her sister Mocha. Each visit has been amazing to see how the staff and Dr.Murray treat her with such love and kindness. Their energy is amazing I absolutely love them!! Canela especially loves Dr.Murray, George, Amanda, and Hennessey. Thanks for the top-notch care!! The office does not overcharge. For instance, Canela has been needing re-wraps of her splint and doesn't not always need a doctor's visit necessarily. Canela has been doing really well. She had some signs of infection in her toes because it got a little wet, and the doctor sent her antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications right away. I do not agree with the one-star reviews. Objectively speaking: AGH is the perfect care for your furry loved one! ??? AGH is even taking care of two little kittens that were dropped off at their door. I think the team is amazing and am very grateful for them.

Dr. Murray and her staff deserve more than 5-stars. I am a retired US marshal living in Colombia, and flew into Miami for a family urgency, and brought my Maltese Poodle with me, because her vaccine for rabies was due before 8/15/2022. The treatment received from Dr. Murray and her staff, was EXTREMELY professional and caring. The health certificate to fly my baby girl back to Colombia, was promptly provided. Great job to the whole team. ??

I've been taking my dog there for 10 years. The best care anywhere. Dr. Murray takes excellent care of my 10 year old female dog and I am sure you will be happy with the care you will receive at Animal General Hospital.

I honestly dont know how this place is close to getting to 5 stars. Theres only 1 vet 1 tech and 4 students running the place. The medical records they have are hand written notes that they write after the appointment. Therefore the records are not accurate and they are basically going off of the top of their head. The vet is always lost. Always tells me the wrong thing and I have to tell themmmm what exactly we went for and is being done at the apt. There is so much i can say about this place and the people because for every single appointment they have seemed lostttttt. They never know what they scheduled the apts for. Ive scheduled apts and wasted several trips to the office for them to do ntn. Again thats because they have the notes wrong and they never know what they are doing. Im extremely upset. My pets are my children and their care is being neglected. I pay for those hospital bills and im on top of their health and as a hospital you guys need to have your stuff together.

I have been taking my pets to this practice for over 15 years. They have never let me down. The staff is nice and courteous and Dr. Murray is the best. She is kind and never rushes you when you take your pet. She calls and follows up on your pet's recovery something that not all doctors do. This is important to me because I know she cares about my pet's recovery as much as I do. I highly recommend Dr. Murray and Animal General Hospital.
