I have been taking my dog to this vet clinic to get all her initial vaccination shots and had been planning to neuter her here as well. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their customer service has left me deeply disappointed.
When I called to inquire about the prices for neutering, I was informed that they do not provide prices over the phone. Instead, I was told I would need to come in for a visit first and pay $68. This policy is unlike other clinics in the area, which were able to provide me with price ranges without any issues.
Moreover, the front desk employee I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful. This is especially disheartening because I really liked the veterinarian at this clinic and had hoped to continue bringing my dog here.
Regrettably, due to this poor customer service experience, I will not be returning to this clinic. It's essential for businesses, especially those involving pet care, to provide courteous and transparent communication to their clients. Other customers should be aware that this clinic only gives prices after seeing you in person, which raises concerns about the fairness and consistency of their pricing.

Dr.Hardy deserves a tribute, not a review.
I wish I could put into words the the immense gratitude I feel for Doc, Sue and his entire staff. He has SAVED two of my babies. When everyone else was ready to give up on my Japanese Akita due to seizures, Dr. Hardy saw he still had energy to fight and my boy is still here.
For my feline angel, I can’t yet talk about it since he left us about two months ago but the memory of him being cared for by Dr. Hardy, Sue, Katya and the beautiful team brings solace to my heart.
Dr.Hardy went above and beyond, more than I would expect from my own family. His humanity, kindness and the love he has for our fur babies is unmatched.
I hope the world sees more people like him, God bless you.

The Dr. The employees are all amazing. I loved it there I came to visit my kids and grandkids. My daughter gave me a dog for Christmas she is beautiful and my other daughter took hers. They are both beautiful ?. Thank you for taking care of my puppy and my daughter.

Dr Hardy and his team will always go above and beyond to help your pet. Quality care that doesnt have that greedy sense to it. He will never ask you to spend money on unnecessary tests and treatments, and is always putting your pet’s health first. Kindness never runs low at this vet’s office.
