You are treated in the reception area, no privacy, no personal treatment, no old fashion care or service.

In a time of uncertainty and fear, I am so grateful for being directed towards the Animal Cancer Care Clinic. The treatment my dog has received has been top notch and I can tell that everyone on that staff has a deep love for the safety and well being of every animal that walks through their doors. Dr Lyons has done a great job of being realistic and honest but at the same time providing hope in the recovery and well being of my little guy. While its still too early to know how much his treatments will positively enhance his years of life, I can say for certain that they have made every attempt to make sure that Miles has the best chance possible to beat this tumor and keep on living for many more years to come. I would highly recommend the Animal Cancer Care Clinic.

I just had to write a review of this wonderful place. My lab mix Denver was diagnosed with an aggressive type of Lymphoma. And we had the blessing of having Dr. Williams as his Oncologist. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Williams and her amazing staff in the south miami location. Even though we were there for a short time, the care, kindness and attentiveness cannot compare to anything. Though recently, I had to put my beautiful baby boy Denver to sleep because the cancer had spread. I know that great effort was made by Dr. Williams and her staff to help him. Thank you so much for everything. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who may have a pet that's been diagnosed with cancer.

Amazing caring staff! Everyone made me feel comfortable and supported and took great care of my cat. Dr Lyons was fantastic. Every technician/nurse that helped me throughout Brody’s treatment was excellent with him and with me.

Dr. Williams and her team at the South Miami location really went above and beyond for my little girl. The entire staff was kind and caring and I can’t thank them enough for their time and services provided. The marriage of them and svrc was impeccable and really provided assurance. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams as she always went the extra mile and spent the time with me when needing to go over options and get outcomes.

I am grateful for the care my Elmer got from Dr. Lyons and the staff at Animal Cancer Care Clinic. Dr. Lyons was thorough in his explanation and listened to my concerns. He gave me all the options and together we decided what would be best for Elmer. I am happy to say that thanks to Dr. Lyons, Elmer's tumor is almost gone. I will always be grateful.

BEWARE OF THIS MONEY MAKING greedy practice. My primary vet, a very well respected vet in our community, had reviewed my 14yo's radiographs including a detailed consult by a professional radiologist. He did some additional tests to rule out infection and initial diagnosis was tumor in right lung. I also appreciated how he walked me through the images and explained the radiologist's consult as well. He ordered an ultrasound-guided a biopsy as next steps. I called this place to obtain these test but they informed me that they first need to first do their own consult and x-ray and then have an ultrasound brought in -- they're a cancer clinic and NO ULTRASOUND onsite? Also, the biopsy would need to be scheduled separately and outsourced. THIS IS NOT A CANCER CLINIC -- IT IS A MONEY PIT. Again they're all about the money. Don't assume the fancy offices are actually a clinic of any kind. There are better, more professional practices out there. Good news, I just booked an ultrasound and biopsy with another clinic in Miami next week. God bless!

ACCC is incredibly professional and caring. They treated our schnauzer “Charlie” with utmost respect and empathy. Dr. Lyons provided excellent medical care and explained everything we needed to know during the entire process. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about treatment for our dog Charlie. He saved his life and gave him a chance to live a full life. We are grateful to Dr. Lyons and his amazing staff for helping us through this difficult time. Thank you ACCC!

This review is specifically about: Dr. Jarred LyonsI was taken aback by the lack of compassion and respect Dr. Lyons had for my pet, its surprising he has been a 'successful' vet this long and has worked with concerning pet parents like myself. I was optimistic about my visit here, as I had heard great things about the center, but had the complete opposite experience of what I had heard. My dog (7 y/o) was just diagnosed with a grade 1 level sarcoma on the tongue, which was removed with surgery. I went to ACCC for a second opinion on other treatment options. To start, spent the first part of our session telling me about how the center 'poached' him and about his achievements. This wasn't an interview and the appointment certainly wasn't about him.He continued to emphasize how he explains the data and lets pet parents make their own decisions, however leaves out KEY details in the data (for example, that the sample size for life expectancy was taken from senior dogs). Not once did Dr. Lyons asked me, a concerned pet parent with a dog recently diagnosed with cancer, what my questions or hesitations were.I have consulted 4 other oncologist veterinarians since, who have all equally advised me to NEVER do radiation on the tongue, especially in a low grade sarcoma which rarely spreads. It has become very clear to me that he wanted to use my pup as his experiment and an easy $15k.If you love your pet and want them to live comfortable happy healthy lives, AVOID DR. JARRED LYONS

This review is by no means against the staff. However I was thrown for a loop today when my office visit went up by almost $40. Reason I was given was that my visits are less frequent. Yes they are... but only by 1 week. And she is continuing with chemo after the first round didn't completely get rid of it. $40 is a lot especially when you are not aware they were giving you a break based on previous spans of treatments.I don't feel the difference of a week or even two should jump up the price that much for a visit.

Years ago, the Animal Cancer Care Clinic helped me a great deal with my dog Madison. Their level of care and attention, and that of their support staff, was remarkable. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the clinic was the exact opposite. The level of care given to my dog, Winnie, by Dr. Williams failed in every way imaginable - a failure that reeks of carelessness at best. Not only was Winnie not examined properly, she was also misdiagnosed. When I emailed the office about the entire situation, I never received any sort of follow up. At the very least, the $1,250+ spent at the clinic was a complete waste. At worst - I lost valuable time with Winnie... To top it off, they didn’t even care to get in touch with me once I got in touch with them confirming what I suspected - that the examinations (2 visits) and services we received were unprofessional, grossly inadequate, and neglectful. I suggest you strongly reconsider taking your pet to the animal cancer care clinic. Instead, look for a smaller oncology specialist who will actually take the time to give you and your pet the care and attention deserved.

Dr. Gustafson and her staff have been so great with our pup! From our experience over the phone to in person, the animal cancer clinic staff have been so kind, responsive and helpful. They treat Jordi with love and compassion. Jordi is doing great and responding to the treatment plan Dr. G has recommended and we hope to have him around for many more years :) Jess from the South Miami location is also amazing and helpful! We love her too!!!
