I visited this boutique for the first time looking to buy something for my mom. I must say that they do have some beautiful pieces but for me customer service is everything. When I walked in there were a few ladies gathered around the check out table and I was welcomed nicely. When I walked in I was texting and I was asked politely to not record while in store which I wasn’t doing anyway but that was fine with me. Again, the lady who addressed me at this time was very professional and not rude about it. While I was shopping they were all gathered still telling stories and while I waited for my mom to finish trying items on. I admit I was on my phone, however it was pointed down while i was texting because I didn’t want any misunderstandings. When we left, one of the ladies followed me out and asked me how my pictures came out. My mom and I were confused so we asked what pictures and she said “the pictures you took” laughed and walked away. I went back inside and addressed this with whom I believed works at the store since they were all hanging out I wasn’t sure who was an employee. Safe to say I will not be returning to this store solely for the tasteless experience I had. That lady was so petty that she had to follow me outside of the store to ask me that question. I had no interest in videoing anything in that store. Experience is everything to me and so although the clothing was nice, the quality was not mirroring the price and the customer service was lacking as well.
