This place is one of the worst place to come at 330am the guy forgot his password so he called the company and I had to wait 15 mins more so the system can reboot wow. What a waste of time. This place sucks. Not ever coming to Amscot to send money on western union.

Horrible treatment from Sonia, she practically screamed at me. I always put my payments in for one month, I have been making cash advances with you for more than 6 months. And now after 6 months she says it can't be done. Don't go to this store

Wost costumer service. The guy with glasses that help me was extremely rude. I went to get my money order and he was asking for my SSN just to get a money order. He walk around the store just to make me wait longer. He was extremely rude and the service was horrible.

None of the RUDE ladies at this location know what they are doing. Go to the location at 10780 W Flagler instead, at least they know what they are doing and treat you with respect.

On a weekly basis I come into this Amscot to get money orders. As per company policy (the company I work for) they ask that in the pay order to portion of the money order, be filled in with the company name I work for. I do this every week for my job. I specifically asked for 3 money orders and please place my company name. He said “yeah yeah sure.”After handing me the money orders I noticed he didn’t include my company name. When I ask him how come it wasn’t filled out he stated “you never asked me to do that.” We went back and forth about it. He was sarcastic and laughing in my face. Alain said “just write it in”. Why would or why should I have to write it in if I asked you to do it.After going back and forth about it he got upset, and very smug said just give it to me I’ll change it. Then he claims to be the manager. I’m sorry, but no. Alain needs better training on either listening or defusing an annoyed customer. It’s not like I was asking for something that was outside of his job title.
