Good Afternoon, We know that there are regulations and that employees must abide by them, but those are not reasons to speak to the client in a questioning tone making them feel like you want to commit a crime, their duty is to inform the client what the procedure to follow would be. and documentation that you will need for it. In fact, we went to the public on the corner, they asked us for ID, social and the card with which we would carry out the transaction. I only make this comment because with similar attitudes what they cause is a bad image for the business.

The lady at the counter was rude and stereotyping for a simple cashing in a check, and asking me for extra proof of documents , which showed her my drivers license for proof . What more the she need .

Today Mr. Bruno and Mariana just denied me service, I went to said place at 7:24 pm and Mrs. Mariana, when she asked me what type of service I required, I answered that Western Union replied that that service was closed because it was only until 7:00 pm, which catches my attention because the hours on Saturday were until 8:00 pm, I go out and check the opening hours at the door and it is until 8:00 pm, I go back in and the man Bruno, when I ask him why the required service cannot be provided to me, tells me that the system was down and I decided to leave, accustomed to the poor service provided by most services, where my husband decided to enter and they were making a transaction with another client. and he requests the same service as mine and Bruno says on this occasion he says that he was updating the system but only for Western Union, when I ask him for explanations because it is obvious that he had no desire to work and he was lying to me he decided to start trying to convince me of his lie and Mariana's, to which I refused because she kept wasting time and finally she did not give me the service, it is a lack of respect and ethics from these workers and I expect a response for the mistreatment received in this place

NOTHING BUT STYLE , this group of people who’s work there always in a good mood, always give a good service,, everything is good , place always look clean . Bruno is very nasty treating clients in this place. He speaks Spanish and doesn’t want to speak to Hispanics. He only wants to speak English.
