What a season!
There's nothing like Amscot to save you when you need it the most!
There is a girl called YARE in Amscot at 12 Avenue and 8 St.. Yes, in Calle Ocho, the most incredible person of all cashiers, she deserves a raise and a better position in your company, such a beautiful smile, perfect for what she does in customer service... very attentive, she listened, she was so accurate with my info, and the manager in charge ♥️, Thank you so much... I need it the money to pay my rent, you might not know it but today Miss YARE and you saved me ? I am so grateful for you all.
PS: That review makes no sense to me... Amscot deserves more than 3.5 stars.. for me, it is a ? ? ? ? ? service.

about week and half ago I called ahead of Time and spoke to a gentleman literally probably about 2 am in the morning and he told me to come in at 7 so I did and he helped me get the loan and walked me through the application helped me out a bit more and gave me money and my loan terms and documentation. was really a relief and a wonderful experience and going at wee hours of the am their was no line. its a great way to get some instant quick cash and be in and out and on your way . wonderful location and in miami so if your stuck broke in a pickle or whatever ,..come through and let them help you they know what you need to get approved. ?

We had a wonderful experience with Jorge! Everything was literally perfect. He was efficient, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Made us feel comfortable. The place is clean, smells good, has free parking in back, convenient 24 hr service except for loans they stop those 11pm which is good for safety reasons. Their technology is relatively updated. They’re also hiring ? in case anyone needs a summertime job.

Super horrible, the man who works on the night of Wednesday, July 17, 2024 treated me badly, he looked at me and kept talking and laughing, he walked very slowly on purpose and he reluctantly helped me, I was going to deposit, huge I went somewhere else that serve better, this place should close it or fire the staff and hire someone who wants to work well, the businesses that finance this place lose!

They have stupid policies. If the check is more than 7 days old, it is considered old and you have to deposit it in your checking account. If I want to save a check so I don't spend it? It's something ridiculous. They are super slow, it bothers them when you ask them. Bad service.

Yesterday I went in search of help because I needed cash to settle payments I went to this location branch Branch #238 1261 Sw 8Th Street Miami, FL 33135, where I was attended by LUCIA OR LETICIA, who had an attitude of contempt for the world for life. She spoke to me as if I was asking her for a favor, very despot. So much so that I had to assist her because of her arrogance she could not understand what I was trying to explain to her in relation to my payments. So much so that I asked her if her name was Leticia or Lucia. In the end, it seems that the manager noticed my discomfort and ended up assisting me herself. I am a person who has been in this country for 8 years and I have all my papers in order and permits, Bank account and I have been renting an apartment since then and they treated me as if I was a scammer. They noticed me and asked me questions that were not relevant. They had evidence of my payment receipts to make my payments. Direct deposit. Earned more than 5000 thousand a month, But I recently changed jobs. In the end they only loaned me 400 at 43% interest to pay off in a week. It is ridiculous how high of services you offer, taking advantage of the need d Ema people. No, And no! I will never recommend your company.
