I'm going to give them one star so I can write, because they don't even deserve that, terrible service, I was served by a woman named Elizabet, who in addition to having a very bad character and very little desire to work, served me with a mouth full of food I could barely speak, not to mention the verbal abuse when it came to asking me about everything that occurred to him in a way that you questioned!

I leave super late that's why I choose to come to this Amscot and no one is ever there, no one ever comes out and when they leave it's half an hour later someone yells and screams now I came and no one answered and when they do it is super reluctantly they are super rude

I'm going to give it a star so I can write and alert everyone in that place, never ever do anything, the worst service, all the workers, very bad treatment, especially a certain Javier who seems to have mental problems, I don't know how they put people like that to work there,, Please don't go to that place it's the worst oh and forget about customer service this place has no customer protection whatsoever, all bad treatment without explanation

Right now here there is a certain Javier who is an abnormal person who doesn't know how to do anything and has very bad service. I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your time coming to this unpleasant place. Look for another option.

The most racist people work here , completely horrible how they treat customers by the look and their race it is disgusting . I'm not sure who would even hire such people and management knowing they are located in the south where we have many many races and many different "looks" . I have never seen so much discrimination than in this place I'm in utter disgust . Will never recommend this location to any STAY AWAY !!

I don't know what's happening, right now I was in this place to send to a family of my mom and mine, they let me send the money but they didn't allow my mom to send the money to a miss named Yakie that the Amscot company He was not allowed to send the money, I don't know why since no one here gives him the money or anything like that nor does anyone give it to him, he has to work a lot here in this country to send it to a family member and they tell you that they can't Sending it is a lack of respect, as far as I know, they lost a client due to their bad treatment because when I asked for their name, they also got upset.

Disgusting attitude from the lady with the curly hair they all have terrible customer service except for the asian girl. Made Me Do Run Arounds For No Reason As Well. Dont Waste Your Time Coming Here.. They Wouldnt Even Approve Me After She Said They Would Even To My Girlfriend, She Was Approved And Was Told Only 50, Until We "Debated/Argued" For More. All Of A Sudden The Paper She Prints Out Lets Us Borrow "$150". Dont Waste Your Time Seriously.
