Extremely bad customer services from Christian ( Lead ) for the afternoon shift, I usually take out the max advance and pay it back after a month but he said he could accommodate that for me,I explained to him I’ve been doing this for six years and he said, I’m sorry I am not able to help for this long, gave me my ID back and walked away. I usually deal with Caro, Jessica or María and never had issues in the past.

Horrible service plus one employee Walter makes fun of you for getting a loan and even trying to check in a check. Like what's his problem. Thinks he runs the business and is very impatient when helping people out had other customers talking to me saying "this man has us waiting like chickens trying to get something to eat"

Got here at 9:45 on a night when they close at 10pm. If y'all are gonna be closing early, you shouldn't list your closing time as 10pm to save ppl the trip, time, and gas.
