We went to Mark Antony concert. The music was too loud, sound quality was just horrible, the whole section was shaking like it would collapse when people were dancing, staff we’re annoying, and people were vaping around us.

One of the best travel experiences I had was watching the NBA game at the Miami Heats stadium. The stadium is beautiful. It looks like a shopping mall. The match is exciting. It's very worth it.

Workers were great. My parking spot was not. I couldn’t leave when I wanted to. I had to wait for the person parked behind me to come. That is definitely a safety concern. Not being able to leave freely. My parking spot was right in front of a storage container or a shed that should be relocated to a space that’s not near a parking spot. The shed has visible scratches on it because of people trying to get out of the parking spot. I shouldn’t have to scratch up my car just to go home. Please relocate the shed or sheds, if there are any more placed in a way that makes it difficult for drivers to leave safely.

Excellent place,
the home court of the Miami Heat basketball team,
but they also host many other events.
Very convenient,
easy parking,
lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby.
A great experience. I enjoyed it a lot.
Highly recommend the place.

Parking is terrible unless you do street parking the vibes are great for a game just valet lines are nuts.

I went to the Cristian Nodal Concert on November 2nd 2024. I went to buy a drink on one of the stands close to section 115 and the bartender told me that they were only selling double shots which were 6 dollars extra. She also mentioned that I HAD to tip. After I skipped the tip option when paying she denied me from purchasing the cocktail. I ended up not being able to buy a drink just because I did not tip. This seems unbelievable and very disrespectful. I’ve been to the Kaseya center many times and it is the first time this has happened to me. I informed the manager and hope this is an issue with that specific bartender and that management is not involved in this. If this is the case, avoid buying any alcohol at this venue since apparently it is MANDATORY to tip.
