Dana can know here last name because she refused to give it to me the assist manager super rude and not helpful at all , after 4 days i purchased a t shirt it had a hole in it from the alarm they did not want to exchange due to me using it one time and noticing it after use i washed the shirt since miami whether is super hot 91F plus out of respect not to bring a dirty shirt in and she rudely said theres no exchange for this here i bean a customer for a long time realy not a way to treat no one

I love this store. The style is simple and sleek. Lots of blacks and earth tones, which I love. Their classic t-shirts are very very soft. I have three, all in different colors. Shoutout to Kassandra, she’s a total sweetheart with beautiful curly hair. She was very helpful.

Me and my family we were visiting Miami last week and hoped to shop at both your South Beach and Brickell locations, but left very quickly at those stores due to the rude staff. On our last day, we went to your Aventura store where your employee Aaron met us with the best customer service ever even in the middle of a pandemic. We spent more than $2,000 which could have happened at the others stores if they weren’t so rude. We're so happy Aaron was able to help us out and we will be back at your Aventura store whenever we are in Miami. Thank you from Argentina.

I've never been the type to leave a review because I find that all very unnecessary, but our experience mattered. Being a gay couple at a mall draws a lot of very uncalled-for and negative attention by others...so shopping normally at a mall is never a luxury we always get to enjoy. Cue Aaron at your Aventura location who made us feel very secure, and happily assisted us with outfits while on our vacation in Miami. We just wanted to let whoever know that he made your store feel like a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and we felt like valued customers, out of every store we shopped at in the mall. He definitely made our experience in Miami tons more enjoyable. If anyone is reading this and identifies in that community, has an uncomfortable time at the mall, ...you need to find this handsome kid at the Aventura store and he'll take care of you! It's important to remember that the customer is always right and allow the customer to feel comfortable walking in the shopping mall and entering your store. If you feel that the customer is suspicious then have the police deal with it after the customer has done something wrong. Do not police upon yourself. My experience was average I did not feel comfortable walking through the whole store as I felt I had a Handler watching me and following me throughout the department. You never know who is a sale and who it's just somebody trying to figure things out or Explorer. I might have been looking for something and then run into a happy accident sing something else but if one is not comfortable exploring and witnessing what there has to offer in such a large department store then the store should be smaller and more quaint.
