Nobody is ever on the same page with the line situation. When the self-checkout opened up there were lines everywhere stating to not pile up into one line. Frustrated with all the confusion and dirty looks people would give me I decided to ask and the cashier told me that it’s technically supposed to be 3 lines: one for the cashier, and two more for either side of the self-checkout. He told me if anyone gave me an issue that the cashiers know and will back me up. Well today a long line was formed with everyone clueless per usual and I shared with the couple next to me what I was told last time as they were misinformed that it was one line. I go to confirm with the cashier only for her to tell me it’s one line. How hard is it to be on the same page??? I don’t understand. They should put signs up to rid of the confusion! Or at least make two lines one for the register & another for self-checkout because the indecisive people hold up the line! Very inefficient and ridiculous but you get what you pay for…

This is my go to supermarket. I’m a regular, is convenient for me because is right by my house. Today, for the first time I had an unfortunate situation were I felt unnecessary ridiculed. I was passing by the “home decor/accessories aisle…. & I stoped to see a door mat, the fist one was Disney themed so I lift it to see the one under & it was Disney themed too… so I continued my journey. DISCLAIMER there were a little messy, but I do understand that there’s people constantly looking through the shelves (No biggie). I felt someone looking at me and when managed to get visual contact it was an employee (A tall guy, 6’0 more or less & skinny) Immediately he told me IN FRONT of other random ppl in the aisle, that I should put the stuff back as it where. I was shocked & embarrassed. Just managed to answer “Sir, they where already messy. I did nothing. They were messy and I left them as they were”… And kept my way. He managed to continued being sarcastic & rude answering stuff like “you sure did..” I felt soooo bad & uncomfortable. I’m not that type of client. I don’t like confrontations. I do understand that it can be a little frustrating to work trying to maintain stuff organized & is barely possible. But Sir, that is not the way. And I’m sorry I’m not an employee to organized your shelfs, specially if I did not did it. It is very unprofessional to speak like that in front of my child & other ppl. Believe me, If I do a mess, if I drop something, I’ll be the first one cleaning or whatever is needed. I have work with clients more than 17 years, and his way was very unprofessional, daring & unrespectful.

Prices are good, selection isn’t. Parking is good, taking my own bags and 25 cents for the shopping cart is not good, it’s actually annoying! I’m not a fan of Aldi’s concept yada yada.

Aldi has a great selection of goods at a fair price. I love Aldi.

This is hands down the best Aldi in town. A bit smaller than the other ones but clean and easy to find items with a good hand of staff ready to help you if needed.

My mom and I visited on a Friday evening and there was almost no line. We had around 50 items and thought it would be easier to go through the cashier lane instead as that is always how we checked out. We had one customer in front of us in the cashier lane and we started to unload our items in the conveyor belt. After we unloaded around 40% of our cart, the cashier was done with the customer in front of us and asked if we were going to pay cash and we told her no, card. After that she proceeded by rudely telling us “this lane is only for cash payment. The self checkout lane is if you are paying with card.I’ll scan your order today but NEXT time you have to go to self checkout bc this is only for cash.” I looked up at the sign above her and pointed to it and said “how was I suppose to know about this? The sign does not mention this anywhere. when did this take effect ?” And she proceeded by telling me “3 weeks ago, this is only if you are paying cash but I can scan your order”. My mom and I started putting everything back in our cart but told her they should put a sign saying a lane is cash only instead of just letting the customer guess. She could have politely explained to us that 3 weeks ago the policies have changed and the lane was cash only BEFORE she saw us unloading on the conveyor belt. It upsets me that I was criticized for deciding to go to a cashier lane instead of a self checkout lane. I get that they want to pay less employees but this is unfair for customers that prefer to checkout with a person instead of scanning everything themselves. I am disappointed with my visit and don’t think I will be going back to this location.

I really like to shop here. Aldi has everything I need and prices are unbeatable. My cashier today was a bit rude but maybe she was having a bad day. Anyhow I'm very pleased with this establishment. I've compared prices on items between different supermarkets in the area and Aldi's prices are much more economical. The brands they carry most of the time are better quality than other well known domestic brands. I really like shopping here.

I was refused service by a cashier here today. It was not that busy. Myself and another couple had shopping carts that were FULL and not ideal for self check out. The one cashier, with zero line, demanded we use self check out because the register she was running was only for cash or ebt. Refused to check anyone out otherwise. I had to do self check out with 40 items while she was just hanging out.

It's kind of like a mini Costco. The prices are definitely cheaper on the whole than Publix. Decent selection. There is self checkout available. Excellent parking.
