Yesterday my husband and I had a very disappointing experience at Aldi due to the behavior of Apparently it is the assistant manager, his name is Juan Leduem. The individual was incredibly rude and showed a complete lack of respect towards us. It was clear that they had no understanding of basic customer service principles. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect well on Aldi as a company.I have been making my purchases at Aldi for more than 7 years and have never received such treatment before.Apparently, according to some customers who witnessed the incident, they said that this individual always has this unacceptable behavior. I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for other customers in the future.For me, this Aldi is the place where I relax, I feel peace buying my food and I would like it to remain that way.
