I can drive 25 min ( without traffic) to shop in this Aldi. Never disappoint me. The cashiers are nice , funny and polite. It is always well organized even if the people always make mess ( rude people) . I tried others, but this one is my favorite . 😊

Today, January 30, I suffered the greatest humiliation in this Aldi store, the security followed me to the parking lot to question me if I had paid for my bags, that is a lack of respect for a customer, going out to meet me for 3 bags, which They were mine, that I had entered with them. But I didn't stay silent and told him they were mine. Leaving there, call the corporation and report what they do and how they do it. If they want to control who buys bags, they should do it inside the store or have an employee sell them. They are disrespectful.

Relieved to see I’m not being dramatic because I am not the type to leave bad reviews, but the security lady at this store is the worst. Extremely rude and accusatory with no basis. How offensive to be accused of stealing because she couldn’t see me scan everything from where she was standing. Even if she wanted to just simply check my receipt I would not have minded, but just know you will be berated and spoken to with extreme disrespect if you shop here.

I'm sad but also relieved that I'm not the only one who's been having issues with the security at this store. Never in my years have I ever been accused of stealing till I started going to this store. She is a white Hispanic woman with dark black hair wearing a black security polo. She hangs out near the first register nearest to the exit. She is CONSTANTLY picking on people and accusing people of stealing. I've had so many issues with her stopping me, looking through all my groceries, and letting me go because she was clearly wrong. She is rude and acts like she's the boss. Complaining to the staff does nothing and speaking to the manager does nothing. Honestly, you're better off finding a different Aldi's to shop at because this one is disorganized, filled with accusatory staff, and have their carts strewn about the parking lots.

This normal market, like all the others, the problem is when you place an order to point out that the shoppers work too badly, you place an order to pick up and save time, even at a higher price and when it comes to completing your order, half is missing and They exist in the store, but they do not search, they do not like to search, this experience has happened to me 4 times, in fact I have downloaded and refunded products, there they were, it seems to me a lack of respect for consumers and a lack of professionalism.
