Easy pick up. We filled out the paperwork and picked up the Jeep in the garage. The process was so easy and the Jeep was the perfect addition to our Flordia Keys vacation.

I'm not used to sharing an opinion, but this is definitely worth doing. Very bad experience with this agency. We already wait 2 hours there before we are picked up. We had ordered a car and I am being forced to take possession on site of a vehicle that I did not order. Category not even similar. I paid to lease a Dodge Challenger and ended up with a Ford Edge. Obviously I am not OK and I explain to the person that my dissatisfaction is legitimate. He sends me upset several times by telling me that I had no choice. Being a car salesman, I wouldn't last long if I too had to behave like this with customers. No tour of the vehicle carried out with the customer, neither at departure nor at return. Agency to flee, no consideration for the client. No action regarding the mishap. If I could have put zero I would have done so. We will come back to Miami but will go with another rental agency, it doesn't matter, it's not what the airport is missing.

First experience with ALAMO and the last!!!
Avoid! We waited more than 2 hours for a vehicle on August 1st.
We ordered a sporty vh and we got a Ford edge.
The staff tells us that we will receive an email for a reduction.
I'm still waiting for the email...
I did not want to take the vehicle at the start because I suspected that I would not have a reduction or an email afterwards and above all I wanted to have a sporty vehicle like Dodge challenger, but the employee clearly told me that if I didn't take this one I wouldn't have anything else because they didn't have any other vh available so no choice...
We were several customers in the same situation that evening.
Very disappointed, I will return to Miami and the USA but I will no longer pass through ALAMO.

I rented a car at Miami International Airport on August 1st. After getting a flat in Key Largo and having to have the car towed away, Roadside Assistance sent me to Enterprise/Alamo in multiple locations. I made countless phone calls and spent endless hours waiting at various locations over the course of the next 3 days. They were unable to find a replacement and left me stranded for those three days and the duration of my trip to Key Largo. They sent me in an Uber to an unmanned Enterprise location 45 minutes from my hotel. A Roadside Assistance operator hung up on me when I told him I felt unsafe. I had to find a ride on the final day of my trip from Key Largo back to the Miami airport at 3:30 am because I had no rental car, it was never replaced. I was told my calls were “escalated” to management and would be returned only to call back and have the next agent have no record of my calls. It has now been a week since my return home and I have still not back heard from Alamo, Enterprise or a manager at any of the branches I was sent to regarding being stranded, reporting that I felt unsafe, having no replacement car for the duration of the rental period and having to find my own ride back to the airport.

I arrived at the Miami Airport very late, maybe 1am. I used the app to bypass the line of perhaps 20 people and go right to a car. It was clean and fueled up ready to go with the keys in it. Even thought it was economy class (Mitsubishi Mirage) it had Android auto which is very important to me. Can't ask for more than that! The return was extremely efficient and I was out of there in under a minute. Very pleased.

Terrible customer service… the man who helped me certainly did not want to help us ? even with a reservation, his treatment was horrible. We just changed rental companies and it was ✨✨ maybe Álamo is a good company but they need better workers.
