I had a great experience at this jewelry, Julissa helped me pick out a pendant for me and my son and gave us a great price on both items. Maaian the owner was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping for any jewelry if you’re looking for a good experience. Will definitely be buying from them from now on.

How do I start... After purchasing a simple diamond wedding band from this store in April 2022, I have encountered three separate times where a diamond has fallen out. I purchased this ring for $1000. The first time I lost a diamond was after wearing the ring for four days. Owners and workers told me that I should avoid sleeping with the piece and avoid hitting it against surfaces. They were courteous and replaced the small diamond free of charge. However, less than a month after having the ring I have now, I have lost two other diamonds. After stopping by the shop for a second time, the owner wanted to charge me $65 per diamond after I had invested the money in the ring. Overall, the quality of the ring is absolutely horrible given the circumstances. The shop does NOT offer insurance, exchanges, or returns. FISHY FISHY. I will never return again to a place like this. Instead, go to Zales where they insure the piece and you pay for a quality ring.

Friendly staff and great prices! The owner took the time to discuss the quality and our sales associate was super helpful with everything we wanted to see. They even allowed us to shop a few minutes after 5pm without any hassle. I will definitely go back for a few pieces for myself.
