Since she came onboard through Affinity Mngt Services, our community has been enhanced and better managed. I have had the pleasure of working with Cinthia on several occasions, both via email and in person, regarding our properties at Meadowood in Naples. Cinthia is always responsive and very professional. Cinthia is not only excellent at her job, she actually cares for the community and owners/tenants that she is responsible for overseeing. I am grateful to Cinthia and not sure that our community would be where it is today without her diligence and expertise. I do hope she is provided with the salary she deserves as I am certain she would be hired instantly and paid accordingly elsewhere, and I do not want her to leave us!
