I have 4b/c hair and went in for a silk press and the entire time while she was doing it my scalp was being burned from the flat iron she used. I told her it was hot and her response was "we gotta get it straight" very carelessly and continued on. To add to that she burned my ear with the flat iron which I now have a permanent burn mark there. As soon as I left the salon my hair frizzed back up immediately and I ended up with heat damage in the front of my hair. I had a terrible experience at action hair care salon and will not be going back.

First time but it definitely won't be my last time. Allie and Jonathan made me feel like we were old friends. Jonathan had magic fingers with his shampoo and massage and Allie knew just what I wanted with my hair. Love it, love it and love you guys. See you soon

I love this place!!! The staff is top notch!! With them being professional they're also down to earth and very friendly. Their main goal is to make sure that your whole. Mind, body and soul. The hair wash and scalp massages are out of this world You will actually fall asleep while having your hair washed. When you are in the Miramar Hollywood area of Florida, please stop by action hair care salon. I highly recommend it. Ask for Andrea (co-owner) Alex (co-owner) or Jonathan (technician) and they will take very good care of you.
