Always had a bad experience with Ace Hardware service at Kendall very very very rude. However, Thomas in the Doral location assisted me to my needs and went above and beyond to help me find my product and did it while carrying a excellent attitude!

Today in the afternoon an employee of our company was in the Eldoral store, buying a key that appeared on the website available for pick up. The ACE advisor (2:00 pm) was very rude and very uncooperative and pleasant. He traveled from Weston for the tool and it is not fair that they bring it in a bad condition.

As it turns out this is the only Ace Hardware in Miami that does not accept returns. They tried explaining to me how ‘franchising’ works. How then do I have my item with a receipt from another Ace Hardware printed with their logo on it?! Unhelpful and full of themselves. Do not support a business with loopholes they use to try and stifle customers buying power. If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. Never coming back.

I am a regular customer of your store, I have bought for years, and I have always been well served, but yesterday I bought a product that was defective, and today I went to return it, a tube of very poor quality glue, and the cashier called a Mr. Fernando Molesino, who told me that he would return the money, 7 dollars, but that it would be the last time, which I didn't like because he treated me badly and raised his voice, I am a businessman and I have many employees and a store employee has I have to respect the buyers, because this man treated me badly and disrespected me in front of several clients, this man, Fernando, causes losses to the company, they should remove him, I am a man of my word and what I say is true, very bad While passing by a rude and ill-mannered employee does not help the Ace Hardware firm.

I bought a griddle from this Ace Hardware location (Doral) but the wrong size, and they did not accept the return or give any options or refunds. Take your business to somewhere else and avoid these people specially the store manager who apparently forgot he’s just an employee there.

The truth is that I leave this here so that the public knows that the service at the store on 58 and 107 Ave in Doral, the service is terrible, it is better to drive a little further and go to HOME DEPOT than the service, attention and additional has better products

Terrible customer service here. Rude lady in the front, told me to leave and get help from a different employee. when i went to a different employee, the employee snatched something aggressively out of my partner’s hands. Manager tried to help, but this is unbelievable. Will not be shopping here again.

The truth is that I think they have paid for the good reviews they have because there is no good customer service, it is the worst experience, they do not answer the questions, they have a very bad attitude, when I went to make the claim because I received a product in poor condition The manager Fernando got upset and with the worst attitude told me that he couldn't help me and that it wasn't his problem. I think they should have customer service training.
