Sebastian at valet is always courteous and professional. He treats guests as they should be treated. Kevin at the front desk is great as well. Always welcomes guests with a smile.

I want to take the time to brag about the wonderful Front Desk Agent Kevin. He was so pleasant and kind. He has great customer service. He ran into a issue with the keys but the entire time he remained calm and was able to solve the issue without frustration or aggravation. With the day i had he made my welcome more calming and I appreciate that. I’m sure to return to this hotel. Thank you Kevin

Sebastian car parked me in and out. Went above and beyond by helping me with my luggage. Car was always ready when requested. Great job and ambassador for ACMarriott.
Hard to get service at the bar/food spot in the evening. Room had broken lights.

This hotel is conveniently located in Brickell where there are so many options for food and fun within walking distance. The pool area is very nice and gets lots of fun. Breakfast was more than satisfying and the rooms are very spacious. The major downside is the train that runs every 15 mins; it's loud.
Rooms: Suites are spacious
Walkability: Restaurants and activities are within walking distance

Yasel and Fabio were exceptional in the valet parking. They heightened my experience here at AC Hotels in Brickell! they were very thoughtful and special. The hotel is very pretty and so clean. Everybody is so sweet and on top of whatever you need!

I went there with low expectations because of the bad reviews, but it seemed like it was worth the price. It would have been great if I didn't have to ask for customer service.
There were many restaurants within walking distance so sightseeing was not a problem at all.
Even with Marriott Platinum status, there was no breakfast service. There was a $25 destination fee, so I received that amount as a credit for one person's meal. A single serving costs $25.
The location and price are just right! The pool was also great.
It is in the same building as Element Miami Brickell and is located on both sides. We recommend booking whichever is cheaper.
Safety: There are so many people that you can walk alone at night.
Walkability: Very beautiful

Shevonne was a gem along with the other staff we interacted with during the stay. Great location to food, shopping and to Uber to the port.

I'm stopping by to leave a review of what was my home and that of my work team for a week. We flew from Uruguay to Element and we felt welcomed, I know that as customers we are difficult but the girl at the front desk Melissa I think is her name and the chef José who we always bothered a little with great charisma attended us politely and pleased us despite that what we ordered was not on the menu. I honestly felt at home, from the pool in the afternoons when we finished work. Super spectacular view. In short, all that remains is to say thank you and see each other when we return.

This hotel charges a mandatory $25 “destination fee.” Translation: cash grab to make the room rate look artificially low. In exchange for this “destination fee” you get $25 food and beverage credit. They essentially require guests to spend $25 on food and beverages each night and you have to pay it even if you don’t order anything. I spent $16 of my $25. They deducted the $16 from the credit, but then charges a “service charge” and tax and refused to take it out of the $25 credit. I had to pay extra for it, cash.
If you want $25 more per night per room, raise your rates $25! This is a scam. Be warned.
Edit 4/19: with regard to the hotel’s response, that is a canned response and does not address my concerns and frustrations regarding the destination fee scam.
Stay away.

The ac makes a very new impression and has the typical ac marriott look, minimalistic modern. The checkin was very nice and the people working there are all very friendly and supportive. My room was small but I enjoyed the modern look. Unfortunately, the elevators are pretty small, so you always have to wait a while until getting to your level. I was staying on the 15th floor and there I heard the train every time it was passing by. Also, the air conditioning was super noisy and switched itself on even if I turned it off.
However, this hotel is a good choice, and I would come back when being in Miami again
