When here for an oil change next day car was saying oil is low went back they filled it properly a little over a month and a half my car is saying change engine oil soon my guess is they’re using old oil or very low quality oil won’t be going back here anytime soon

I took my car here he had it for three weeks I didn’t rush him because he was doing my engine that’s a big job he charge me 3,500 ok so he say the car was ready now my car is still riding the same he didn’t fix anything at then he tells me I can’t get the money back I gave him 2,000 up front cause he said I had to pay 2,000 up front he is bad business do not take ur car there I’m telling this because someone needs to hear this I trusted him to fix my car and if he could not do the job he should have said that instead of taking my money now I got to call help me Howard to try to get my money back but besides all this I thought he was a really nice man the shop is bad business and the only reason one star is there is because it would not post until I put one star up

So unprofessional nobody can talk to you before the manager comes , then the prices are a miscommunication for some reason , you think it’s one price then before you know it’s doubled. I think that it can be communicated better in writing or to pay before they do the work. Then i went there for just a simple tune up, which cost me 130 for an old small car which i thought we agreed on 60 but never the less they found some way to break my radio. How do you go in for a tune up and the radio stop working then when i cut the car off the radio light wouldn’t go off and it’ll drain the battery that way so we had to take it back , they tried to get more money but we demanded them to fix the radio, which they couldn’t they had to call someone out and fix it. This whole interaction took about 3/4 hours.Service: Tuning
