I was in Miami recently and made an appointment to go see the boutique. I was upfront that I was only there to view.
We were treated so nicely. The staff at the store spent time, not just to show us timepieces but taught us more about the history of the brand. Allowing us to view timepieces we just don’t see back home.
The staffs passion was absolutely infectious.
Could not be more appreciative of the time and grace we were shown.
Thank you so much. Could not be a bigger fan of A. Lange & Söhne after this experience.

My name is Lucas Franca, I’m a proud owner of the Lange Saxonia Annual Calendar 330.026.
I sent this watch in for service back in April this year and personally went to the boutique in Miami to pick it up only a few days ago. I’m writing this email to express my gratitude to Marcelo Vega and his incredible service. During my trip to Miami, I went to several other boutiques, including fellow Richemont brands like Vacheron and Cartier, and none compared to the kindness I received from Marcelo.
While the watch was gone for service, he was very communicative about the process. When I went to receive the watch, he showed me so many incredible pieces with such enthusiasm and knowledge. The experience was smooth. I was very impressed. I hope he’s recognized for his incredible delivery of a luxury experience. He’s a real asset to your boutique and I hope to purchase a Lange One Moonphase from him sometime in the future. He made the experience excellent.

Me and my fiancé drove 5 hours to come to this boutique and we were not disappointed. A. Lange and Sohne watches are truly something you must see in person to fully appreciate. You cannot appreciate the perfect finishes or the expertly crafted movements, which were all assembled twice, without seeing one in person. Additionally, the service here is unmatched. Jerome was a pleasure to talk to and he gladly showed us whatever watch we wanted to see. We visited the store twice that day and I am glad we did. The second time Jerome showed us the Lange 1, which is now my favorite watch there. Jerome did all this with full disclosure from the moment we walked in that we were not planning to buy anything and that we could not afford a 25,000 dollar watch even if we wanted to. I have been to many watch boutiques and bought a couple of luxury watches, but I have never had a better experience than I had visit this A. Lange & Sohne Boutique.

The boutique was very sleek and pretty. I went inside with my fiancé and immediately felt super welcomed. Jerome was extremely kind and thoughtful of our desire to purely just wanting to check out some of their prices for future reference. He did not hesitate at all to show us any of the collections they had, and was very knowledgeable about each prices he walked us through. He also shared some of his background story, that allowed us to feel a pleasant connection with him, which ended up as us wanting to get him once again next time, when we will actually make a purchase with them. I loved the Lange 1 little moon. It was THE PRETTIEST WATCH I have ever laid eyes on. The kind and warm hospitality of Jerome and other staffs in the boutique solidified our goal of wanting to get an A. Lange & Sohne very very soon. Jerome mentioned it had only been a short time since he started working with the boutique, but we did not get that impression at all. He was very professional and knowledgeable that we thought he was already an experienced personnel.We would love to go back to the boutique whenever we can, and once again be mesmerized of the beauty A. Lange & Sohne carries as well as to revisit the warm boutique experience.

My fiancée and I had the pleasure of visiting the Lange & Söhne Boutique in the Miami Design District. It was our first Lange experience and it didn't disappoint! Plenty to view from the varieties of collections. We were gladly welcomed by boutique manager Daphne, who was such a pleasure to talk timepieces with! We were shown some special references, mind blown! We look forward to stopping by again in the future!

Was recently introduced to this brand and I wanted to check this place out. Even though I wasn't buying a watch because I cannot afford one, Dora was amazing. She let my friend and I try on some unbelievable and beautiful timepieces. You could really tell that she had a passion for the brand and wanted to go above and beyond for every person to make sure they get an amazing experience. I couldn't get a watch that day but, when that day comes, it will be from this boutique. World class customer service.

Drove two hours to see the Honey Gold novelties while they were at the Miami boutique, but wasn't aware that they were open by appointment only. Dora was very kind and allowed me to view them once the store was open and secure. She was very knowledgeable and shares the same passion for the brand as and timepieces as many of us do. She was absolutely amazing! When the time comes to make an ALS purchase I will be sure to start that relationship with her at this boutique!

What an experience. The most elegant and instructive boutique I’ve ever seen. Mercedes, Aleksandr and their team welcomed us like stars. They make us dream and travel in the A. Lange & Söhne world with their unique knowledge on the brand and love on the product coming straight from the guts, it’s so rare nowadays. They show us rare timepieces, telling us about history and technique on the watches with books, videos. The boutique itself is very cozy, perfectly set with colors and lightening. A unique travel in watch history and technical beauty. I was already in love with your brand, thanks to you, it turns into an endless love.

The experience in visiting the Lange boutique in Miami is not only how looking for a watch should be, but is how customer service should be for any consumer experience. Alexsandr and the staff are incredible in their service, expertise and attention to what you are looking for. They create a very comfortable and accommodating environment for what are fairly unique timepieces. If you are looking for a great experience and an incredible watch, I'd highly suggest stopping in.

I've wanted an A. Lange watch for years. I finally pulled the trigger this year and couldn't be happier. I love the watch. The service that I received from Aleksandr was terrific. He was very helpful prior to the sale and after the sale. I ordered an extra strap and he took care of it.
The store is amazing and all of the people there were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could afford to buy another one!
