I have been a customer for a decade. I frequent every couple of months. I moved and drive out of my way because of the detailed attention given to my elder dogs. Ownership has recently changed. They charge hidden fees. They overcharge by weight. They charge extra for taking too long to pick-up. They charge credit card fees. Needless to say, they lost a loyal customer due to the lack of transparency.

They take appointments and care for your pet. Small place but lots of parking available. Always very friendly and services are not expensive....
This business is under new administration and seems all staff is new as well. I have been bringing my dogs here for years, and this time, it was very disappointing.
The haircut was not what we usually get for our dog.
Also, I do not think they did the sanitary cleaning at all or at least not properly.
Our dog has been scratching her butt on the rug since she came from there, which she never had a problem with ever.
It is a shame .... I really liked this place and the people who had worked here for years.
I think we will be looking for a new groomer in the area. I do wish them the best..... but I don't think we will be coming back.

We were very pleased how Andrea took good care of our beautiful Pomeranian named Kimba and her haircut looks great!!
The grooming place is very cozy and very clean. Her staff are very helpful as well ☺️

I've been coming here for over 6 months. They have been one of the best groomers for my pet. Everytime I come back I'm amazed at how well they care and groom my dog. I've been to many groomer and had mobile groomer care for my pet and none have compared to A Labor of Love. They have made a lifelong client with me
