Wonderful experience with 88 cycling, specifically with Ronnie, who is helpful, knowledgeable, and direct. I’m a novice with biking but felt comfortable in the store right away and didn’t feel like I would be taken advantage of as I have in other establishments. They worked with my budget without judgment and without trying to upsell me, they were direct and honest with availability, helped me acquire and tune up my bike, have available all needed to get me started without having to spend a fortune. Most definitely recommend for all of your cycling needs.

Great service and excellent personnel. They helped me fix my drone when all I needed was a chainring screw. They lent me tools and gave the screw for free. Awesome guys.

I recently went in to get my first road bike and had a wonderful experience. Ronnie was very patient with me and made the whole process enjoyable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and recommend a bike that was perfect for what I was looking for. They even packed my new bike neatly for me to take back home to Guatemala. I stopped by to get my bike looked at and was treated very kindly by Rony, who gave me some tips for caring for my bike. (I’m new to the bike world). When I went to another bike shop nearby I was treated coldly when I asked the same questions. 88 cycling is superior when it comes to customer service! Great energy and attentiveness. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a bike shop in Kendall to check them out!
