I've been in this standing spot for 40 minutes. They have put up a sign that says they will return in 30. It is 4:31 minutes and there are several customers waiting to enter the business. I think it is terrible to do this at this time when many of us come to have breakfast at 7 Eleven.

Decent place. Seem to have coca cola slurpee at all hours. Staff is nice and friendly. Parking even when busy. Not bad.

I visit this place frequently because it is the one closest to me... but last night something extremely strange happened to me... I always go and have a cheap drink like a slice of pizza or a hotdog... well last night I had my drink and I A call came in and I was talking for 10 or 15 minutes. The only employee told me to leave because according to him, you can't talk on the phone. It seemed strange to me because I always visit this store and I thought he would recognize me. Well, he insulted me and told me that he would steal my drink, to which I responded obviously that I'm going to pay, pay with my credit card and I left. I was like drugged... be careful

The young people who work in this seven eleven, they are rude, they have no empathy with the public and they are perishable, they are never willing to fill what they sell, What a bad service, I do not recommend this place.... and so good that it was before I lived in the area for 30 years, what a shame that they don't get more qualified staff to treat the public well, and be aware of things in the store

The schedule tells you that it is open 24 hours but you go in the early morning and it is closed, the employees know that they are knocking on the door but they don't even turn to look!

The person who was working today, August 18 at 11:30 p.m. seems to be under the effects of some drug. Verbally assaulted at least 4 people, they should check on this employee it seems dangerous

so... i went yesterday to change 2 scratch offs and 1 megamillions... totaling $60 in wins. i always check before i cash any ticket in. the guy behind the counter said my 2 tickets total $55. i asked him to check again because i gave him 3 winning tickets. he was dead set on saying i only gave him 2 and began getting aggravated with me. i should have asked to see a manager and review the security video to show he was stealing.. but i didn't. so.. with losing $5.. i learned that this store hires thieves and that i will never return there. the worst 7/11 i have ever been to. what a birthday gift 7/11 gave me.ADVICE: Anyone cashing in lottery tickets, go somewhere else or record the entire encounter so this guy doesn't rob you also.

Last night, I went to 7eleven (Kendall & 97TH) n the clerk is talking to two guys. I'm wearing a shirt that lists the flea markets of Miami. All of a sudden the clerk starts making obnoxious comments about shopping at flea markets but emphasis the words flea market in every sentence following. I stay quiet. He starts saying maaaad loud, "oh wow there's 5 men here n only one girl. Ur outnumbered." I stayed quiet. He says it again, like 3 more times. He starts counting them out loud, "1, 2, 3..." by this point others had come n gone but the two guys stay at the front talking to him while he's saying this. I go to pay n I'm still quiet. Then he starts saying, "u look pissed off." BRUH WHAAAT ?!?!? I said, "I don't have nothing to say to u!" He keeps on!!! I just want to pay for my shit so I can leave!!! N he keeps on trying to ask bout my "bad day," n I'm like my day doesn't concern u, mind u? I didn't even walk in, in any kinda way when he just started the whole thing from the flyer market comments! I was able to record a tiny snippet, cuz by then I was tryna use the Apple Pay but I couldn't. It's like he blocked it or wouldn't put it in. He starts telling me to take my stuff for free, since he was being fresh! I'm like hell nah, ur not bout to set me tf up, ring me up!! ...AND HE LITERALLY WOULD NOT! I went to my car to get cash & went back in. He tells me the guys paid for my stuff and I'm just like, wtf are u doing making it look like it was about money?? U wouldn't let me pay!!! I said thank u to the young man, gave the guy a $20 and as I'm grabbing the bag the clerk said something bout my day again!! I'm like ur literally telling me I need to watch out n I'm outnumbered and he said "I seen women get beat up before..." WTF U SAYIN RIGHT NOW!!!? I said are u threatening me?? N he said "nah I'm just saying..." WHAT THE FUCK ARE U SAYING?!? I told him he's fucking disgusting for making those comments bout how many men were there and I left.... I'm still in shock fr. Like, I've never in my life experienced some shit like that!!! EVER!!!

THEY HAVE A CARD SKIMMER AT THIS LOCATION!! DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD HERE!!--So I never use my debit card. The one time I do, I've since had 4 UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS this week! and someone attempted to buy shoes!I know it was only from this location because that was the last time I used it LITERALLY since January.So aggravated. I hope this helps someone else.

I got charged $100 for my Infiniti qx30 which takes approximately $40. The day this occurred I went inside and attempted to get a full refund and recharged the proper amount for the transaction. Unfortunately the owner is the “only person” that can perform the refund. My husband and I have been going back and forth with the owner to get our refund. I have shown up 3 times since then to try to get the refund but the owner is never there. Then I come again and he is in Colombia according to the cashier and unable to assist me once again. My bank said that the merchant must refund me the money, although I have been back and forth trying to get the refund. I am extremely frustrated because I have wasted more of my time and money trying to get my refund than the owner just giving me a credit what I was owed. It has been months and I’m still waiting to here back from the owner that stated he will assist in getting me my refund.
