Disrespectful, unprofessional, and possibly discriminatory behavior — very disappointed.
My father, who is Cuban, visited this 7-Eleven and was treated with blatant disrespect by a female associate after there was a mistake made with his check. Rather than correcting the issue or showing basic courtesy, she gaslighted him, raised her voice, and blamed him for an error that was clearly on her end. Her behavior was aggressive and completely unacceptable.
As a store manager myself, I’m shocked at the lack of accountability and professionalism. The store manager did nothing to address the situation or support the customer. It felt as though my father was being dismissed and disrespected not just for the mistake, but possibly for who he is and if that’s the case, it’s not just unprofessional, it’s discriminatory.
To make things worse, their phone line is disconnected, making follow-up impossible. I’m requesting the names of both the associate and the manager involved so this can be addressed properly. People like that should not be representing 7-Eleven. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of background or language.
Do better for your customers, your company, and your reputation.

I just went into 7-Eleven I buy my refill every day for a 119 plus tax it comes to $1 27
Juan the cashier told me that's extra large so he charged me extra 1 69 plus tax I come here everyday even the manager knows me, but Juan said I don't care what you think so he charged me extra I told him I'm going to put a bad review he said I care less I just want to tell you 7-11 owner he's going to cost you a lot of money,Juan it's going to cost you a lot of money, because I spent here over $1,000 a month because of Juan I'm not ever going to spend a dollar here and to you all customers he's very unprofessional very unkindly and he doesn't care about the customer thank you and have a great night
Juan at least that's what he said his name was

The staff is creepy and weird, they must be running some kind of scam, Always some cops hanging out outside super creepy even at 1 o clock in the morning you can’t even get a soda without three cops with guns and cop cars

Today a friend of mine played a 20 red ticket scratch off that has two sides and the cover is the one that has the winning scan bar, this Latin attendant bald guy (fyi we are latin too) with a gold ring on his hand before he gave the scratch off tore the part that has the scan bar and tried to give her the other part. After complaining to him & noticing that there where a few cops in the store he nervously return the ticket.
This happened on SUNDAY BETWEEN 4 PM AND 4:45 PM. THIS GUY CANNOT DO THIS.

I already looked at the comments and confirmed they are all true! That man is very tense to serve the public! The lady heated my pizza with the cardboard wrapping and left it raw below! It is clear that I did not have the time to return to complain that was Frustrating! The owner should pay attention and provide better staff for this establishment!

Came in today at 3p. There was two employees today. Cuban guy at the register, who is always super nice and serves well. Then there's an older Colombian woman who clearly hates her job, has an attitude and said something rude to me when I needed to move past her. I said excuse me and when she got up from being in the middle of the way where customers walk through, she said something slick. Really nasty, no manners.

I went to this 7/11 last night and purchased an item. 3 hours later I am get a notification from my bank my card was used 3 times at this location. I still have my card in my possession and have tried calling multiple times to speak to a manager to no avail. BEWARE with your personal information at this store.

01/24/2024 frequented the place and today at 2:00pm I went and the lady who is there is not the first time she gives a terrible service she is not educated at all I do not think she is the right person for a costumer service in a 7 eleven should consider their job and give it to someone who deserves it

Terrible attendance. These people lack professionalism. A rude black haired lady treated me like I was going to steal. And I see in the comments below that this has happened to several people. I will never go back to that unit at 137 Avenue 5895 street.
