I am incredibly disappointed with this gas station/convenience store. Despite the sign claiming it’s open 24 hours, the place actually closes at midnight. This includes the gas pumps, which also stop working at closing time. Every single day, there are issues with the pumps. Most of them are frequently out of service, covered with red plastic bags. There’s always a line no matter what time you visit. This is mainly because the employees are either nowhere to be found, chatting on their phones, or otherwise ignoring customers. The air conditioning seems to be perpetually broken, with large fans scattered around to provide some relief. This isn’t a new problem. I moved here in September 2023, and it’s been like this ever since. I expected better service and reliability from a place claiming to be open 24 hours. Unfortunately, this 7 eleven has been nothing but a consistent letdown.
**update** pumps seem to have the same issue as always, only half of them are currently working most of the time

Very bad service I went for pizza they always have the oven off it is a lack of respect that a place does not have its oven available 24 hours a day for me it is the worst place I hope they take some measure, we Cubans have the US we destroy

I bought mixed chopped fruits and they were rotten, they were slimy and the water that distilled the fruits had foam, which means that they were decomposed.

The large store is impressively well-organized, especially considering its location right in front of a high school.

Super good customer service. Very well maintained store. Lots of different snacks, and drinks very versatile when it comes to foods & drinks!

I just placed an order and I was missing a product and another one arrived in terrible condition. I called the store and a certain Elisa Cruz helped me. That was not her problem. I told her to contact the manager and she flatly refused. I don't know if she gave me the correct name but she's rude. H.P.

The drink machines are always missing something and if you tell the cashiers they get angry and the ice coffee ones don't even mention it, it's really the only bad thing about the store, the rest is perfect.

Both food and gasoline are of good quality and since I have a rewards account they give you 11 cents off per gallon and in truth all my gasoline is from seven Eleven and I am very satisfied with the service

By far one of the worst stations in Miami. Pumps almost always broken, card readers rarely work, no water for windshield cleaning, air pumps don't work. Inside not any better. Line to pay goes into the Isles. One register open. 3 employees just chit chatting away behind the counter. Poor management. Avoid this place if at all possible!
