Lazy employee sign clearly says open until 11
He closes at 10:30 and starts cleaning early to leave home early.
Owner should watch out for this employee closing early losing him money.

I guess that this one won't matter since there's so many. 1 star reviews this place won't brake 100$ to put 50 in gas..rude staff gas on the floor horrible store keep going I ran out of gas here because they wouldn't take my 100 bill all I wanted was 50 back

I stopped by this 7eleven today with the intention of drinking a hot coffee; total disappointment. The coffee maker was broken (only give me hot water), the coffee in the thermoses looks and smell old; there was no cream. The floor was dirty and sticky, everything looked dirty and unkempt. I left the place without buying anything, frustrated and upset. total disaster.

Don’t bother go to there. The 7/11 is literally in the hood & you will get shot. Every time I go there the African American always trying to start trouble for no reason. They need to hire some security guards or have cops all the time.

Worst 711 I have ever been to. Cashiers give you attitude and they don’t give attention to their customers. They lack common courtesy and the manager just lets that all happened right in her eyes. Honestly his place needs a management change if it want to succeed.

A horrible experience, only people of color and very racists work, the clients try to be nice to them and they treat the clients in a very horrible way, as if one were going to ask them, they don't stop to think that thanks to us The customers have jobs, I think 7-Eleven needs to send their employees to human relations classes because it is not fair to us customers that they give us such terrible attention.

Today around 5:24pm I went to put gas and the amount I paid in the cashier my tank got full and I went back to ask the cashier for the money that’s was left on the pump #2 she told me I need to make the line again and the line is long a client was holding the line I saw she was having trouble with her card so I asked one of the client that was next in the line if he could let me go since I already did the line before and I was just getting back to get the remaining money that’s was left on the pump the client said yes no problem so this lady that is working she’s the one on the cashier (employee)goes to check on the other computer the remain money in the pump and then she said you need to wait and make the line then there a gentleman is another employee on the cashier he tell me who’s next and I go to him me and this lady employee there said he can’t do it it need to be her I told them since it’s rainy I have my son on the car but still this lady keeps on telling me I need to wait at the end of the line . It was like 15 clients on the line I can’t wait again just to get my money back I got so mad and I left and I told her she could keep my money … even the employee gentleman he was confuse why he can’t just give me back my money …this is a very bad customer service …12/16/24 @5:24pm I LEFT THEM MY MONEY Hope next time I go they have a better customer service .

I go here twice a day, before and after work. Went tonight at 10:20pm to fill up my tank and get a beer. Was told "that's it for the night we're closing in 20 mins." When I asked them to open the beer cooler. New hours are posted 11pm. Why can't they sell me a beer after I spent money on gas?Never going here again, the service is always rude but at least I leave with my items.

By far the WORST 7 elven i have ever been to !! The employees are super rude, nasty, and RACHET!!! I don’t seem to understand why are the same workers there after numerous complains about the same people !! This needs to stop immediately. I would never go here again. I had no other choice but to rate it 1 star in order to get my voice heard !

The problems continue with the bathroom service at the 7 Eleven, which is a nuisance and a shame due to the variety of products they offer.
