Cashier was very rude at on November 8th , 2025 4:36 AM. She did not greet me and she had an attitude when I approached the counter. She also cursed at me and said to leave the store. I usually come here just to get hotdogs but apparently she didn’t want me there.

Went in early in the morning got my donuts got a coffee and when I went to check out this only person that’s working there with her job or his job is supposed to be to check out. People was too busy and sent me to the automatic kiosk, which was missing items and I couldn’t get a check outso I left everything not coming back for this place.

Bigger Slices in 1 box 😵?? 2 pizza slices with coca-cola. The first slices that you see from the triangular box looks fresh but the one underneath is the sole of an old shoe, you can’t even bite. Why do they do that?? What a horror. You can only eat a slice with good luck.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION !! Last time they sent me two frozen pizzas boxed with yellow labels instead of cooked and this time there missing items which on both occasions I did not get a refund. Management needs to hire more people to focus on customer service or shut down there online orders. Your losing customers on a large scale from what I see.

While mornings can be rushful and everything, I understand that people make mistakes; however, we ALL have places to be. This morning, I attempted to get gas, and while David and Lisa were respectful, I felt bad with how short staff they were, due to me having issues with my tank and not being able to get gas. As I attempted to fuel up my gas tank in one pump, I'm told to pay AGAIN in order for me to switch to a different pump; then happens AGAIN in which I have to go to a different pump; then third time, AGAIN; by the fourth, after going in and trying to address the issue, only six dollars went into my tank. Now, I am glad that the right amount of money went back into my account; however, all I ask is that you guys HIRE MORE STAFF and put on gas pumps papers that say "OUT OF ORDER." Also, you guys need to put soap in the bathroom, it's gross not being able to wash your hands without any proper cleaning supplies. Other than that, have a nice day.

They are thiefs. On Monday I went shopping and paid with a 100 bill and they gave me back a fake 20 bill and I realized it on Wednesday and when I was responsible he told me he wasn't going to do anything. A lack of respect. I advise you to look carefully, they are thieves.

Was a 7/11 worker in this place I had problems with transportation and other things since I was new. I only lasted 1 week. This place has the drinks on lock and you got to ask them to un lock the energy Drink section like why. Working here is worse than McDonald's the mánager is extremely mean and you got to do absolutely everything, this mánager was the worst person I was new and trying to learn how to do everything it should be one job but no it's everything, they only rush me and that mánager made It impossible for me she was mean, strict, always in a bad mood, made fun of me and so on she even told lies to my mánager and he got Me out of the job and she was extremely racist to me like why, why does she have to be racist to me. Please don't go here to work never. And if you are going to buy something they'll tell you 100 questions for nonesense and so on. Hopefully as a customer your good. Please don't work her and I hope you guys can make the 7/11 a better Place for Everyone cause they just lost a great worker and that Was I. Thank you.

I do not recommend this place, the drinks have a lock, you have to call for them to open the doors, you cannot pay in cash, they do not give you cash back either, nothing really works, very bad experience.

In the place I don't know whether to describe incompetence, discrimination, bad work. The only thing I can assure is that whenever I can avoid going I will. There is a shift where the cashier is an excellent person, although she does not speak Spanish, she is very sociable and looks for a way to help. But today I went and a cashier with teeth full of gold helped me and I needed to make a cash deposit in cachapp because that's what I almost always go to. That cashier I'm referring to told me that she can't make a deposit on a card that her manager does that and I asked her then call your manager and she tells me no, he's out there and he doesn't know where he is. And I wonder? Doesn't she have a cell phone? Does the cashier from the previous shift have permissions and knowledge that she doesn't?Nada did not make the slightest attempt to do his job because depositing on the card they charge a commission that is not free I simply understand that either he does not master his job or the issue of racial discrimination because it seems that African American brothers forget that we Latinos were also oppressed , rejected and enslaved. I felt super sad when I left there ☹️
