I come to this 7 eleven every single day and it's suppose to be 24 hours so how df is it closed from 12am to 5am that's bullshit everyone needs to be fired with they lazy assss 😡😡😡😡😡

The store manager and employees are unfortuantely nasty and unhelpful. An older woman was seen carrying a hefty bag and accidentally dumped chips and the price tags that were on the stand. Instead of attempting to assist the elderly lady, the manager chose to curse her out and claim that she is constantly making a mess. The cashier chose to remark, "Ma'am, I told you not to come inside the store when my manager is here." What type of human would tell a customer that? She was simply searching for change in her purse and accidentally dropped chips. If this was done on purpose, I can understand why the customer must leave. However, it wasn't. Rather than cursing an elderly in CREOLE, offer help. I am sure they were taught how to offer the appropriate help to customers but because of their ego, they didn't. Humble yourself and then you'll be honored. Distasteful service.

I got off from work at 12:30 am just to come here to take money off my card so I can get an money order in the morning just for it to be close when it’s says 24 hours and the boy worker looking at me stupid. I hate this place and the worker was rude!

I drove for 5 miles to come here to grab some food and drinks after i check on Google Maps to make sure it is open at 2:43am, and it says it is open but guess what, it s unfortunately closed. This must be a joke. Is it seriously too difficult to update your google maps working hour settings. Who is going to cover my loss of 10 minutes of time, 5 miles of gas, and my effort? Why dont you update your working hours on your Google Maps admin panel?

This location is sucks always close at night when it’s supposed to be open 24 hours you guys let these employees do whatever they want and has no respect for 7 eleven policies. If you reading this do not shop there no customer service or whatsoever!!

Give the space to a business that wants to do business in this area. It's ether filthy the whole gas station or closed or with a line out the door . Please do the community a favor and close asap and leave . Advertised as 24 hours but don't open till 5 am .

This store pretends they are closed at 12am. Today they saw me walking to the door and locked it before I entered and put a paper sign they are closed. The 2 employees don't want to do their job. This picture shows exactly what I am talking about.

If running low on gas at night with no access paying at pump don't stop here it's closed till 5am. With a written sign on door. Workers just nod signaling closed. Must go south to 79st or north 119th.

Best 7/11 around here! Everyone is nice. They always greet when I come in. I work near by so I always go here and I love the staff. Everyone is hard working!!!

I was in this store on January 2,2023 minding my business shopping…I went to get a cup of ice and some candy… The Haitian manager that working on today at 1:46pm… she had on a gray manager shirt and she had dreads… she walk up to me very disrespectful and said I see you walking around the store I guest she thought I was gonna steal something because this 7/11 always have homeless hanging around the store and stealing… so I explained to her why are you watching me and I am shopping like everyone else….this 7/11 have horrible customers service exspecially overnight shift… The store is always dirty … never no cups or lids stocked up…even no coffee cups…they have old food on display for hours expecting us customers to buy it and area by the drink machine and coffee machine is always dirty I use to work for 7/11 I know how the stores supposed to be ran…I just don’t like being stereotyped because of what the store experience…the employees are the ones allow those homeless people to come inside the store and hangout… I have came to store after work and I noticed homeless people was hanging inside the store and outside the store not a good look … everyone that comes in that store is not homeless and I am allowed to walk around the store I am shopping… I should have took pictures and send to cooperate… because this location is a disaster…employees that work the overnight shift is worser…and then when I got to the counter to check out the young lady who was the cashier seems a lil off… I paid for my items and I had 3left.. so I had to go transfer money to another account to pay… lord she was holding my bag so tight until she got those 3 dollars . Lady chill when the homeless people come in the store get to stealing and robbing y’all in your face y’all don’t say nothing…
