Tuesday @ 1:15am one of the workers were putting the doughnuts and danishes on display in the glass . As he is putting up the open food items . I couldn’t help but notice that the crates , that the food were coming from were on the dirty floor . Unacceptable who who wants to eat anything below the coffee table .

A person at the register said to my husband that he “drinks too much” for buying a lot of wine on Christmas Day. Incredibly offensive and not anyone’s business. Horrible attitude towards the clients.

I don't see how a store is hiring on all platforms with the store number, also they have the hiring and assistant Manager's name and phone number. However, I did a job application at this store over a month ago haven't heard anything back. Also, I been calling the store no answer also I called both managers and text one still no answer.

Tasha who works overnight was extremely helpful when it came to my purchase and helping me find my phone when I lost it in the store. I'm new to Miami and I don't know the area, so without my phone, I'd be lost. She is truly a hero!!!!

This store is a mess. It is supposed to be open 24 hours and I don't know why after 10pm they close the door. I was outside and a guy came and closed the door in front of my face and told me that only online orders. This is not they only time this happens to me. This guy is sometimes rude.

I Uber drive on the side sometimes to make extra money because I am a single parent and when I do I come down to the Miami area for the weekend because I can make the most money that way and every trip I come to the 7-Eleven in the PM and early a.m. hours and for over a year every time I come here they tell me the bathroom is out of order. Today I asked the employee if they could let me know when the bathroom was last open and if the employees have their own separate bathroom and who their manager was so I could talk to them. The employee began to tell me that the bathroom had only been closed a month and then refused to answer if they had their own separate bathroom or if they were using the bathroom that was so-called out of order. When I asked the employee for his name so I can tell his manager who gave me this information he then refused to give me his name for some reason and when I showed him my receipt because it looked like I had been charged twice after ignoring me when I asked what his name is so I can talk to his manager about the things he told me he then tells me look at your receipt do you read English. I had not gotten rude or inappropriate with him at any time and only asked questions that any concerned customer would ask in a polite and respectful way. I was met with disrespect and neglect.

I was going through the drinks section trying to find my favorite Monster Flavor, Strawberry Dreams, when all throughout the store and from behind the cooler, all I could hear was a distant giggle, or goblin laugh. It sounded like if you read out loud, "Eeehehehehehehe!". Although I was slightly disturbed, I eerily brought my drinks up to the counter. The cashier scanned my drink when all of a sudden he seemed to have zoned out and muttered to himself quietly, "Crazy? I was crazy once. They locked me in a room. A rubber room. A rubber room with rats. And rats make me crazy." He repeated this around 6 times before I just took my drinks and left. Although it was one of the weirder experiences of my life, I got free drinks out of it, so Im not really complaining.
