Unfortunately, it is the place that is on my route. The woman and the guy in that business are of no use, they are disrespectful. The bathroom is always out of service all year round. And you ask them a question and they give you a rude answer. I don't understand how. You can have those 2 people working there, it's incredible, I give that place a zero.

The worst 7-Eleven in MIAMI. It's supposed to be 24 hours put the employees close the store whenever they feel like it.

Staff has always been mostly friendly. Place could be stocked better, like less stale gummies and cupcakes. Different coffee machines sometimes don't function, like the chai/cocoa/iced coffee one. Some employees have zero ability to do basic lottery functions. Just press the button and it spits out my ticket. Not hard. Will sometimes lock up the store just because, at weird busy hours.

The employees are wonderful with me. Understanding at least the morning chive and especially Veronica and lizeth night shift! Can'televen Begin to explain how nice and the store is always clean. The food is always an order. There's never a dirty spot and sight. My hours are usually when they are working and there has never been an infraction.

This 7/11 in 8 st and 8 ave is the most disgusting 7/11 ever today i witness a rat by the cookies and the coffee station. The manager “FERNANDA HERNANDEZ GONZALEZ” doesn’t do anything to keep the store clean and rat - free . PLEASE DEEP CLEAN THE STORE OR JUST DONT OPEN IT AT ALL THERE IS RATS EVERYWHERE AND THE MANAGER DOESNT CARE OR DO ANYTHING.

I arrived to have hot dogs for breakfast but they denied me bathroom service. Thus you cannot consume it in a store that denies service to wash your hands before consuming food. This is how customers are lost.

I just went now and as always the store is closed and they put a sign that the system is down I am a manager when the system goes down it takes approximately 15 minutes at most to return in a lack of respect from the workers who do not want to work Oh, and as a manager, I also know that it is not allowed to put signs on the door, so I left the proof of what I'm saying in photos.
