2am with hot food still on the warmer, locked doors, and no employee in sight.
In response to the store: 1) What more do you want to know? You have the location, time, and date all from me placing the review while standing in front of the door and knocking for a while. 2) A bit ly address known to harvest direct IP and other questionable analytical information? You don't need that. No! 3) Staff at the hotel that I am staying at across the street say it is a common occurrence for the night shift guy to lock the doors and sleep in the back. Seems like you should stop questioning all the negative reviews and just start paying attention to them and your business.

Terrible service. Hiring staff with no experience, they often refuse to handle lottery sales when the service is available on site and if the customer insists they will tell you to leave the premises. I've seen several customers leave the place completely frustrated. I live in the building above and I see this happen all the time. It seems like the owner or manager doesn't care.

This owner of this privately owned 7 eleven is a thief and a scam artist. Normal prices went up for ultra night .. an item that was worth 5 dollars on a normal day , it was double that on Friday night. Why? I’m a local and I come here all the time… it seems like they take advantage of events near by and up the prices by double. Same bad service by the 2 Haitians gentleman in the front . Double the price for it

They have a sugar-flavored slurpee where the sugar-free one should be. They have random sodas mislabeled as vitamin water zero sugar. Imagine if I were diabetic how dangerous this could be. The one worker is great; the other one hardly speaks english, if at all. I went to the 7-11 on key biscayne and the service was great with everything properly labeled.

This location is NOT 24/7 as it states. They close at night or employees are closing it down and not allowing customers in at 2aam. Owner should check cameras.

When I first moved to Downtown, I was visiting this location frequently. However, the staff is very rude. There are always homeless people "harassing " you.
Today, I went, and the cashier was serving herself food.

This place is total trash. They will sell you a lottery ticket, but if you ever try to redeem a winner they always say the system is not working. The lottery commission needs to investigate this place.
