Recently failed inspection by the Florida Department of Agriculture, in part due to presence of roaches in cooler. I've been here before and can attest that it's filthy dirty.

We were there in the evening and everything was okay! Employees were nice & in a good mood.

Another night of crime brought to you by the very presence of the worst neighbor ever: 7 eleven! Leave the area please!! You would able to get so much money out of renting this place! Instead you stay here and, like every place your store is in, becomes a focus of drug sellers and aggressive panhandling from drug addicts. Just leave please! We neighbors can't even use your store because it's always surrounded by drug addicts with unpredictable behaviors.

I never thought I would do a review for a 7-11 but my experience was so bad that I have to. To start off the cashier was very rude, I couldn't understand his accent and he got mad at me, I am a calm person so the situation didn't escalate. The hot dogs and tacos looked old, like they had been there for more than 2 days. The place was very dirty. I know it's just a convenience store but the manager could invest some time to make his business prosper.

This store won't accept cash deposits for Cash app or PayPal or any other services despite what the apps you pay for tell you. They tell you lies that they don't do it, so they don't have to deal with you. On top of being a dirty store they are not helpful and not honest.

It's hot in the store, there's only one coffee, the creamer is sour and impossible to drink, there aren't even lids. Waste of money and had to throw away the purchase

The worst experience ever!!
We ordered 2 pizza slices and a Coke ($5), plus 2 extra-large Big Gulps ($1.49 each). We paid $8.97, but the staff member said we couldn't take the Coke because we had ordered the Big Gulp (which we had paid for). He then claimed we hadn’t paid for the Coke and couldn’t scan it since the transaction was already complete. He asked another employee to process a refund, but after several attempts, she said she couldn’t because we were using a different card—though we weren’t, and I showed her the transaction. She then went off to talk on the phone, which seemed to be her focus throughout the ordeal while the guy struggled to communicate in English.
After nearly an hour of asking for a resolution, the man finally decided to give us $8 from his own pocket. I’m not one to argue over money, but the disrespect we encountered was unacceptable. They yelled at us for pointing out their mistake and spent more time on the phone than addressing our issue.
What’s more, when a man had a similar issue, his problem was resolved on the spot, but because we were two women, we were treated rudely and forced to wait almost an hour for a refund of $8 when I had originally paid $8.97.

Need better employees who can speak English. Clearly that guy don't speak English or keep mumbling. Apparently he don't know what he is doing. Either hire someone with experience or train your staff better

Always dirty, over priced but to be expected because it’s downtown Miami, unenthusiastic staff. Not saying you have to be happy go lucky but put a pep in ya step, very much sluggish, and for whatever reason they love to grab the top of your drink when scanning. I tried to turn the barcode toward the guy so he can scan my drink. He still tried to take the drink out of my hand to scan it. I make sure to sanitize when I get back to my office. They play music to try and keep the homeless away but it’s not helping. I have yet to find one employee with a decent attitude in that location.

For some reason the store has a weird smell to it but the staff are friendly enough & the slurpees & gulps are delicious & cheap. Only cost £1.99 for a large slurpees. Lots of homeless people but they were harmless, opened the door for us to go in & didn’t even ask for any money
