Why do the cashiers force the construction workers for tips $$. Is that something you do at this 7 eleven? This is crazy. Those workers didn't want to give money and the ladies got mad and with a attitude. Oh my deer never again.

I really enjoy going to this 7-Eleven. It’s just off a very busy part of South Miami Avenue in Brickell. Sometimes I just need bottled water and basic supplies late at night. Unlike many of the other reviews I actually find the cashier to be clear and helpful. By the way, as you can see from the photo, the store is a great source for Coke. Just kidding.

"Two minutes ago, I went to this 7-11 and ordered a pepperoni pizza. When I placed my order, the black girl looked at the back and started laughing. They then gave me a very watery and flabby pizza that smelled like cardboard. To make matters worse, it was clear that it hadn't been cooked for the full 10 minutes, despite my request for a well-roasted pizza. When I complained, they just laughed and handed me a half-cooked pizza. I was incredibly disappointed with the service and quality of food at this 7-11."

I went to this 7 eleven on 02/09 at around 4 am and theres was a white skinny girl with a stank attitude being very rude to customers!! This is completely unacceptable!!. Not sure what kind of people this 7 eleven hires but she looked very hood and should not be working there. i asked for her name and she didnt want to give it to me the manager was next to her and was laughing at how she was treating the customers this is extremely unprofessional… be aware whoever visits this facility!! its nobody’s fault that you are miserable in life and are working there mam treat people with respect this issue should be addressed inmediately as the manager did not do anything about it

I come almost everyday old lady with a attitude. Even thoe I come everyday I'm a customer so being talk back to being put down and threatening that I can't come back no! Not cool fix it quick or I will go a level up higher on my complaint teach your workers to say nothing at all if it aint nice not be rude af when your being Friendly alot of training is a must need.

Me and my girlfriend and my friend got harassed by the 2 ladies that work at the night shift due to using a bathroom without knowing if we were going to buy something They also started yelling at us and being way to hyped being in a nice area as brickell I did not expect that to happen at all just to use a bathroom. They even threaten to punch my wife like what type of behavior is that at the workplace. Very disappointed 7/11 you have to unstable women working there.

The service was terrible, I felt discriminated against by the cashier, and she offended my mother for not knowing how to speak English.

employees do not restock, do not check the freshness of products. coffee machine never has milk. there can be many employees at the checkout discussing personal life, while the work is not done

Just don't. They like to double time the registers making it so that you can't get assistance if anything goes wrong. The employees all act like you're personally out to get them just by walking in the door. I put up with it last winter. I'm not putting up with it ever again. I won't be back. Also, they put food people have touched back in the cases if you decide you don't want it. Unsanitary and pretty sure a health hazard. I will gladly walk the extra distance to anywhere else.
