What a poorly managed place! I work at night and stopped for coffee at dawn, only to find there's no hot coffee available. It's too much of a coincidence because on two different days, I experienced terrible and unpleasant service from the employees. Not to mention, asking to use the restroom is always a hassle; it's either out of order or dirty when available. The manager of this place, if there is one, should seriously reconsider the performance of their night staff. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor service and negligence of its employees.

I came in today at around 5:30pm march 16th and this really rude african American gentleman with a bold head a bunch of tattoos denied access to the bathroom to my 58 year old mother and literally told my mom that he don’t want her to use the bathroom because then HE has to clean the bathroom and that’s not his job. He proceeded to argue with another paying customer at the door for simply asking him if he can buy a lottery ticket … I don’t know who hires this delicuents , thugs or crack babys because obviously their brain don’t function properly. Instead of been thankful for having a job he curses everyone that comes in. They need to fire this bold African American with tattoos on his arm. I understand giving people a second chance but he’s just a rude thug that doesn’t belong in customer service. Please fire him for the sake of the people in this neighborhood. I don’t pay 3,500 dollars on rent to live in this side of town and have ghetto people serving you.

The staff here disrespect and persecute homeless individuals smh, also they will tell you that the "bathroom is broken" only if they don't like you. They're very discriminative. Very very unprofessional. They def don't treat others the way they want to be treated.

I work overnight at a hotel down the road (13th st) from this joke of an establishment and whoever hired the overnight workers (particularly the white guy with dark hair and glasses) really need to reconsider and look over their hiring process. I bought a couple mini sandwiches that another worker three nights ago was MORE than happy to heat up for me and tonight, I asked to heat up my food and you’d think I was asking the man to prepare a five course dinner instead of taking 20 seconds out of his life to heat up the food. He and the bald gentleman both refused to heat my food but it was bald gentleman’s idea three nights ago to heat my things up for me. They apparently don’t have a microwave but somehow these sandwiches magically heat themselves up before they end up for sale. Service from them is usually unpleasant but overnight this is to be expected but also, I work the same shift and treat my customers like human beings. Very disappointed and I will take my business and membership to 7/11 on 8th street my 5 nights a week from now on.

horrible service we waited here me and my friend for a good 15 minutes whole the workers just walk around nobody in the cash register guy selling to people in font of us complete ignoring us do not come here straight disrespectful and inconsideration to the customers with a giant attudie just go the other 2 moles to the other one nearby.
