Good location, but cashier is stealing loyalty points from customers. As I was entering my number, the screen disappeared and said WELCOME TARVEIA (I butchered the name), but it's a thin cashier that did Transaction 7416 on Terminal #02 at 23:54PM on 12/08/2023. Before she ran me up, she typed a bunch of numbers fast and then that welcome screen came up. She then did the same thing to the guy next to me on Terminal #1 about 1 minute later. It showed her points were over 8900 at the time. I reported it to corporate as well, but this should not be happening. It's one thing if she asked me for it, but she is repeating this step over and over. Her loyalty card ends in number 5211. MANAGEMENT LOOK INTO THIS!

It's fine. I saw a bunch of negative reviews, but I need for people to know it's a pretty standard 7-11. A little small, sure. Less selection. No biggie. I'm from Saint Louis, so maybe I don't have the superficial/materialistic standards folks out here do, but if you not a thin skinned, influencer brained, socialite you'll understand. I felt like I needed to say something based on the reviews I saw. A couple people said it was dangerous Hilarious. If you're not a p*ssy, it'll be exactly what you expect from a 7/11.

This woman is incredibly disrespectful, I paid for a Pizza and thought she would cook it after purchase. She just stared at me and told me yelling “YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT THAT’S NOT HOW IT WORKS” I literally wanted to tell her so many things but I believe in karma. The worst attitude I have ever seen, not coming back to this rude place.

I went to this store to buy coffee and snacks for my kids . My son needed to use the restroom so as he was trying to open the door it was closed or stuck. There was no sign on the door - But an employee that works there started yelling at my son and daughter . The employee was a look alike Woopie Goldberg and then she started to yell at me . To stop trying to open the door . I believe that the employees needs to have basic customer service skills. I will never stop here again .

Stayed in the area and this was convenient for our needs. Seemed well stocked, easy to navigate. Great alternative to the CVS that is also 24 hours a block away.

This place is a complete dive. It dirty inside & out, smells and is dangerous. It is easily the most hideous place in the entire Brickell neighborhood. The area can do far better than this. The board of health should shut it down as well. The cashiers are also very sneaky. I've went a couple of times. If your item is like $1.95, they conveniently and intentionally forget to give you the change. I made the mistake of going in there today(it was rainy & hard to go elseware). The lady intentionally did not give me my change and acted as if it was nothing. She also had the front zipper of her pants wide open ! The area is insanely safe with the exception of here. I would in no circumstance go here after dark. In closing and for your own personal safety, avoid this place at all costs !

This 7-11 store is a convenient stop for snacks, drinks, and other small items. The store is generally well-stocked with a variety of products, but the prices are a bit high. The staff can usually be friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is quick and efficient. The outside of the store is really dirty and it can sometimes smell terrible and have the occasional homeless right at the entrance. They really need to power wash this entire entrance area and dei clean it.The inside is ok although some areas may occasionally be in need of tidying up. The floors are generally clear of debris, and the products on the shelves are easy to find and access. Some of the hot food looks a bit stale and I don't think I would ever eat it.The lighting is adequate but the store may also be a bit cramped, with limited space for customers to move around, especially during busy times.Overall, this 7-11 store is a reliable and convenient option for grabbing a quick snack or drink, and the quality of the store can vary somewhat depending on the hour and staff working that day. However, for the most part, it provides a decent shopping experience for customers on the go.It would just be nicer if the outside was cleaner and more welcoming.

Friendly staff considering they have to deal with the occasional intoxicated/out there people who sometimes don't listen to what employees are telling them not to do.

You’ll never find a store with more consistent horrible, rude, antagonistic staff on the planet. They’re just straining at the leash to insult you. I don’t know how this 7-Eleven in particular can be so extraordinarily bad… others in the area are nowhere near as bad. Avoid!
