Terrible customer service. Homeless people hanging outside asking for change.

Waited in line 5-10 mins for the cashier to change registers. Once I got to the register the cashier told me he doesn’t have change for an $100 bill and his manager is not able to get change. Very disorganized.

I'm here and the employee doesn't want to take care of the costumers... he just came out of a random car and said that the location was closed
