The attendants here are very rude. On the door, it says the last wash is at 9:30. I came at 9:00 pm and the attendant told me it was closed. She saw me when I went outside to get a cart and still closed the door on me. And on top of that, I was not washing, only drying my clothes. But it’s not only her, it’s all the attendants. This has happened to me many times.

Devereaux change the staff because there is a woman there who is new to work and treats the clients very badly. The clients give them an aggressive attitude because she wants to go home early. That girl does not detract from continuing to work in a place where she has to deal with people. She thinks she is in Cuba and can yell at anyone who wants to, select her staff because that woman is going to leave them without clients in her laundry. I have been going to wash there for 12 years and I will never return again until change that woman

Been going here since I moved and it’s always super clean and the staff is super friendly. Today I made the mistake of overloading a wash and the manager was so nice about it. I felt so embarrassed but they were gentle and it made me happy to be a customer here. He even gave me a free wash and dry. 10/10 customer service.

The owner needs to be here now to see how their employee has put people in risk that has asthma, bronchitis or anyone with respiratory problems because of all the dust flying everywhere as if thought they were here by themselves. I suffer from sinus my head is hurting now because they decided to clean the dryers while everyone is washing, drying and folding their clothes. I ask the employee what time is closing time? She replied 9:15. I asked her why this couldn't be done then? She said she had a lot of things to do. VERY INCONSIDERATE. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN.

I've been coming to this laundry for about 8 years now. I must say the customer service from the sisters are amazing and consistent ( especially the one that's been there for the longest). However today would be my last time going there. As long as I've been coming there I've seen the owner but never interact. However today would be my last time going there. The owner was just unpleasant and came off very rude. Mind you, I go every week and this Saturday was alot more busy than regular. A lady right next to me t had six dryer with clothes that was setting there for a good 30mins no one said anything to her. Along with other people that had clothes sitting in the dryer forever. I literally had the consideration of pulling all my clothes out the dryers immediately or 2 min before ending time so people can use the dryers I felt bad people was waiting. I had all my clothes mix up in one cart. The owner comes directly to me as if I was pointed out and POLITELY in a AGITATED I'M HAVING A BAD DAY way. To remove my clothes from the dryer. Literally took out my clothes. I was going to ask Dwayne find me cart to move to the next dryer. The owner cam back to tell me "" May get your clothes out the dryer. The dryer is what makes me money not the cart". I respond what about everyone else dryer setting but you decide to pick on me. His response " "WELL THATS LIFE". I WAS SHOCK. I TRULY FELT LIKE HIS ATTENDANT POINTED ME OUT FOR THE WRONG PERSON AND *THE WRONG REASON*. "LIFE" HUH! I LEFT PEACEFULLY. I WOULD NEVER GET LOUD OR ACT A FOOL. I PRAY FOR HIS BUSINESS TO MULTIPLY.
