RUDE! Don’t even bother calling. The guy that answers the phone is completely rude and unprofessional. I called to ask a simple question and got screamed at “no” and then hung up on. RUDE!

They messed up the dates on a picture. Clearly their error and they made no amends to correct it or replace it. Kept talking bout no refund but you can get a percentage of your money back. Uh no. I didn’t pay for this and I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake. It look nice and all but yea.. horrible customer service and refund policy. Won’t be purchasing from them again.

Customer service was terrible. They told us they would have our stuff done by a certain time, because we had to leave by this time, and when we get back to the store to pick it up, they didn't have it done. Had an argument with the guy. Seriously, if you're going to promise to have something done on time, get it done.

To be honest, product was good but customer relations was very poor. The manager/owner or whoever he is, was so discourteous and flippant, like he was doing a favor just attending to you. Manner-less and egoistic.

Horrible customer service. Not accommodating at all due to an erorr with the same photo being uploaded. The owner yelled and me how I couldn’t get a replacement. I ha e never been treated this was by a business in all my years of doing online shopping. Be adviced if you purchase and it’s a mistake you won’t be able to exchange so purchase at your own risk. They also do not send confirmation emails with your order either.

I placed an order on December 9th. I have not received my order. No one has respond to my email nor phone calls. I feel like I have been ripped off for $200. I only pressed one star because it was required in order to post.
