Argentinian is disrespectful, I went looking for rent and he treated me very badly. I don't know why he has that type of person there.

I have lived in this building for more than three years and we really have not had managers as dedicated as Alex and Osmir, it is incredible to see how they not only fulfill their responsibilities but go much further, from coming to the building at 4 am/ 5 am for any situation that may happen even moving debris with a shovel if required... and the BEST always with a smile and the best attitude!! They have definitely been the kindest and most dedicated managers.

I have been living here since the beginning of 2021and I just renewed for another year. This building is clean, friendly, and ideally located. It is also extremely affordable when you consider miami prices. The staff and the front desk are very helpful and nice. I have made a safe home in 25 Biscayne Park and plan on staying here for awhile.

I would definitely choose this place to live with my family. Osmir and Ale have been the best managers the building has had every day. Their work, dedication, effort and sense of belonging make it a clean, neat, safe and wonderful place to live.

I have resided in this building since 2017 and we have seen good properties managers however the actual manager, Alejandra and his partner, are the best we've had.

Omg their AC is broken again ! And they can’t fix it for a week now and can’t figure it out ! The whole building is destroyed like it’s some apocalypsisc.. people have been suffering in this horrible heat without any AC ! It is an emergency situation and the management was supposed to take care about people - provide them housing , staying inside in these extremely hot temperatures is really dangerous for kids , elderly people, animals, people with chronical conditions .. like how hard it must be to fix an AC !! They have a bunch of useless people there who have no idea what they are doing since they can’t solve it for so many days .. find someone who can ! This building management must be punished for making people suffer and endangering their lives !

Good value in good location if you don't mind lax repairs. I've lived here since 2014. 95% of the time it's OK, not great, just OK. There are the usual complaints about overflowing trash chutes, nasty tenants, cracked tiles, unreliable elevators and the parking garage that was apparently designed by a blind architect. The other 5% of time there are problems that are not resolved in an acceptable time frame. Most properties consider water leaks and AC issues to be emergency calls for immediate attention. Not at 25 Biscayne Park, where these are handled at their leisure. Today is the end of day 5 of no AC in Miami, in July, during the coronavirus lockdown. My unit needs a new compressor. Every day management says that they're coming to make repairs, and they have yet to show up. Tomorrow will be day 6 without AC. This is deja vu, since a few years ago my neighbor had a leak in his bathroom toilet water supply line that came through the walls and flooded my closet. It was labor day weekend so the water leak wasn't fixed for 3 days. I guess the building didn't want to pay the plumber overtime. The manager kept turning off my neighbor's water supply line, and he kept turning it right back on until the flood spread throughout my entire master bedroom. Then management was too cheap to replace the carpet so they had blowers in my bedroom for 4 more days till the carpet was dry and all they replaced was the pad. Ridiculous!Update: AC fixed on day 6.Update July 2023 - Day 4 of the bldg AC out due to cooling towers. Not expected to be fixed for *3* more days!! All buildings in Miami have occasional AC breakdowns, but my issue is that AC technicians are not working on the problem over the weekend because Melo Group never pays for weekend emergency work. Who cares if the tenants swelter during recordbreaking heat? And even worse, this is the second multiday outage in 2 months due to the very same issue, which probably means bldg mgt cut corners the first time it was repaired. I downgraded my overall rating to 2 stars because of this and other issues (persistent pet feces and urine in the hallways). The rent in this bldg is a bit cheaper that others in the neighborhood, but this is offset by all the cheap repairs and cut corners.
